The software is feature-rich and supports numerous file formats for both documents and videos. Integration with GoToMeeting, GoToTraining, and GoToWebinar is a valuable addition, though it would be great to have Zooma as an option. Integration is smooth depending on the configuration chosen. Support is available 24/7 and responds promptly. The quiz builder supports more question types than usual offerings.
Cons
The interface looks outdated for 2021 and needs a major update. The support documentation also needs to be refreshed since some features have been upgraded or changed, and the documentation hasn't kept up. As a user, I find organizing files in a playlist style useful, but this feature is missing. Using a desktop, a pop-up window appears, which is quite annoying. The landing page styling could use improvement too.

Pros
The account management team is excellent, addressing all queries and concerns as needed. The product works well, especially if fancy design changes aren't necessary.
Cons
Customization requires professional services or DNN knowledge. There's not much documentation or help from the company. User management, reporting, and course management work until you need in-depth functionality that most other systems offer right out of the box.

We primarily use it for new faculty training and employee onboarding, and it serves these purposes well with expected e-learning features. Managing courses from the back end has been relatively easy, although I do not use it as much as our administrator.
Cons
I wish the reporting and analytics were a bit better, but this hasn't been a major issue for us. We've been quite satisfied with the product, and it seems Accord's customer support might help with better reporting.

As a customer-oriented company, working with another company that shares this value is beneficial. We have been very happy with both the product and service, and they are always available to help or answer questions. The product and support are super reliable. Our customer base has grown, and the Accord LMS scales nicely without performance issues, working well with DotNetNuke.

Our company purchased a license through Accord a year ago. It took us about that long to get up and running due to internal document conversion. Along the way, Accord staff checked in and helped when needed. Whenever we encountered an obstacle, they quickly responded to help us continue our setup and rollout. Our employees using the LMS regularly are really enjoying it. It allows them to see visual demonstrations of processes, rather than just reading process documents.

“Accord LMS: Flexible, Valuable and Reliable.
Pros
Our client company licensed the Accord LMS several years ago to train temporary employees. The courses we implemented help employees understand the business model, focus on specific aspects of their new roles, and train them to interact with the business system. Some course content is confidential, and Accord's implementation restricts access by limiting enrollment based on security roles. Courses are designed using the SCORM standard, allowing independent course development from the LMS. The courses have loaded and interacted with Accord very well, correctly reporting quiz scores and completion status. Accord has been a very stable product, requiring minimal administrative attention. Our version has a limit on active learners, so we have to monitor usage and either limit the number of learners or adjust the license as needed. We have directed several special requests to the sales department regarding licensing, and they have always accommodated our needs. We've found them a good partner to work with. We've maintained a software maintenance contract, which has generally been a good value. While service requests have been minimal, there have been key times during software upgrades when we placed service requests. These were answered quickly, and our issues were resolved. The cost of the maintenance contract has increased sharply, causing us some concern. In summary, we've found the Accord LMS system to be flexible, valuable, and reliable.
Cons
We were recently caught off guard by a substantial increase in the maintenance contract cost.

I have been using the Accord LMS for almost a year as the administrator, managing content and learner access. Setting up and maintaining it was very easy. Support has been excellent, with very fast responses to any question. After comparing several other LMS providers, I chose Accord LMS for its functionality, ease of use, support, and pricing. My experience with Accord LMS has been excellent.
Cons
While the reporting functionality is improving, it's not as straightforward as the rest of the interface. Most reports focus on learner data, and I'm looking for more reports for system administrators. Accord LMS support has helped me create the reports I needed.

I love the basic layout of this LMS. It's easy to access your courses, and you can see at a glance what you've completed, what you're working on, and what you haven't started yet. The resources tab is another excellent feature, allowing important material to be posted and accessed by anyone registered in the LMS, not just those assigned specific courses. I can't speak highly enough about the customer service. Any issue or question I've had was immediately addressed by my service guy, who has been kind, patient, and helpful every step of the way.
Cons
The reporting function is somewhat challenging to figure out by yourself, but the customer service is fantastic and eager to guide you through it.
