From the past three years, my experience with this solution has been very positive and rewarding. In my role as a product manager it has helped me deliver product training more effectively and build a stronger community of experts around our products and services. I have also noticed steady improvements in the platform over time. The website and mobile pages are also user friendly which makes it simple to create website pages and forms for collecting feedback from the community experts we train. The interface looks professional and is comfortable to navigate so it is easier to locate product courses, track active training programs and see how many clients are enrolled in each course for better record keeping. Another big advantage is how customizable the platform is. I have been able to apply our own branding and set up our company website through CNAME records which gives us a fully white-labeled solution. On top of that the customer support team has been very reliable and responsive whenever we reach out, even though the product is white-labeled.

One area that can be challenging is setting up custom logic form branching and automatic enrollment for new users. The configuration and deployment process takes quite a bit of time and beginners may need help from an expert or spend extra time going through the guides before they can get everything working properly. The platform does allow custom report creation but exporting those reports for offline use is frustrating because the export process is quite slow. Also, if you want to sell courses through the system, the payment collection module is expensive which can reduce ROI and payment settlement itself takes longer than expected.

We started using it after a friend recommended it, mainly to help educate customers about our beauty and cosmetics products and how to apply them properly. Without a dependable tool, sharing that kind of product knowledge at scale would have been difficult. After using it for years, a few strengths have really stood out. The video embedding feature has been very useful. I can record product training videos, upload them to YouTube and then embed them directly into the Wisenet hub so clients can access the lessons in video form and it does not require extra data usage. The alerts and notifications are also helpful, since clients get reminders through the app, email and SMS about due dates, course updates and their learning progress, all without added cost. Another strong point is the interactive whiteboards. They work well alongside the built-in video conferencing which makes online teaching more effective and allows us to train a larger number of clients at once.

Cons

I have come across more frustrations with the tool, even though others may feel differently. The interface could definitely use improvement because finding courses, videos and audio notes is not as easy as it should be right now. Reporting is another weak area. Custom and data reports need more templates and better logic and exporting those reports for offline use takes far too long. The per-learner pricing model also makes the platform expensive for our situation especially since we mainly use it only to train customers on our own products.

When a student submits a new application and updates their email address, the tool cannot link them back to their existing student number so a completely new number gets created instead. Since students use that number to access exams and other important parts of the system, this turns things into a mess. It really should work more like a government USI number, where changing an email address wouldn't result in a brand-new identity. This is a major flaw in the current setup and it needs to be fixed. On top of that the platform isn't flexible enough when website application forms need to be updated. With RPL candidates for instance, there isn't enough space and there's no good way to upload multiple files unless separate upload fields are created for each one which is very limiting.
