Great for meetings and training

Pros

Adobe works really well for managing meetings, running virtual classes, tracking activity through dashboards and a lot more. It has also been an excellent platform for delivering high-quality training to our employees and clients.

Cons

There isn't anything specific to complain about. The app fits our business needs perfectly and feels very well designed.

Outstanding conferencing with dolby 4k

Pros

This has been excellent for conferencing especially with its DOLBY voice and 4K video quality. The audio comes through very clearly and the high-resolution video makes meetings feel much more professional.

Cons

Throughout the whole time I've been using it I haven't run into any issues at all.

Virtual classroom with great breakout rooms

Pros

It includes all the essential pieces needed for a virtual classroom and the breakout rooms are especially well done.

Cons

I've run into a number of glitches while using the software. Some of them may have been caused by my home internet but other times the issue seemed to be on Adobe's side.

attending lectures hassle-free

Pros

This app has made attending my lectures hassle-free and I don't have to stress about connection problems. One thing I especially appreciate is using the app itself since I never have to worry about accidentally closing a browser tab.

Cons

I've noticed a couple of very rare glitches now and then where I had to reload but it's never really caused any problems.

very simple to get connected

Pros

Getting connected was very simple. I was able to help a friend sign in to a virtual class session in Canada and it felt very user-friendly especially for someone using it for the first time.

Cons

Don't have any complaints. My first experience with it was really positive.

Better video quality than zoom

Pros

The video feed quality is noticeably better than what I get with Zoom or Skype which makes calls look much clearer and more polished.

Cons

A few features can be a bit tricky to find and navigate when you're using it for the first time.

Simple startup with little lag

Pros

Getting started with it is simple and connecting is simple with very little lag during use.

Cons

Still feels like it could use a more modern look especially with more color in the interface.

hybrid training with engagement

Pros

for me it works really well for our hybrid setup especially for training sessions that involve workbooks. It lets everyone join the same classroom environment and it's much easier to keep track of attendance and make sure people are actually engaged.

Cons

That said it does feel a little outdated compared to newer platforms and the interface definitely reflects that. The video quality also isn't the strongest which is why we usually pair it with Zoom and keep Connect open separately.

friendly interface and easy to learn

Pros

Starting with this software is really simple and the user interface feels friendly and simple to navigate. It doesn't take much time to learn which makes it very convenient to use from the beginning.

Cons

When I compare it to other online meeting platforms it does feel like a few features are missing during meetings.

works like any other platform

Pros

There wasn't anything particularly different about it to me. It basically works like any other meeting platform.

Cons

The downside is that it doesn't have the same popularity as Zoom or Webex. When most colleagues and stakeholders already prefer Zoom, Adobe Connect ends up feeling less relevant and less widely used.

Good collaboration with chat and polls

Pros

It lets you set up virtual meeting rooms where participants can share documents, presentations and videos. It also supports interaction through tools like live chat and polls which makes sessions more engaging and collaborative.

Cons

I'm not too fond of the interface since it feels a bit plain and not especially engaging to use.

Pros

What I like the most is that it lets us chat, share our screen and use video and it's also simple to navigate.

Cons

The connection seems to cut in and out pretty often which makes it hard to stay engaged.

flexible mobile access away from desk

Pros

Being able to use it while I'm away from my desk has been really helpful. I can join meetings from my phone which gives me a lot more flexibility during the workday and lets me stay connected wherever I am.

Cons

I mostly use it on my phone alongside the Forsta app and that setup has a few frustrations. Logging in through the Forsta URL inside the app can be difficult, I'm not able to chat live with coworkers and I can't leave the app open in the background and keep listening to the meeting like a regular phone call. I'm not completely sure whether that comes from Adobe Connect or Forsta but fixing those issues would definitely improve the experience.

Best for conferences and recordings

Pros

It works really well for online conferences, meetings and all kinds of talks. The part I appreciate most is having access to videos and recorded meetings whenever I need them.

Cons

It's a very full-featured tool so I really don't have any complaints. That said if all you need is a basic meeting platform, this probably isn't the best fit because it offers far more capabilities than just simple meetings.

Capable product with live and recordings

Pros

Before the pandemic, I had never really used this product but once classes moved online, I got to see how capable it is. Being able to attend lessons live and then go back and watch the recordings made a big difference and it showed me that this product performs really well when it's used actively and the right way.

Cons

I noticed a problem with file sharing and annotations. In a class of around 40 people some of the files that were sent did not reach a few of my friends which was frustrating. It's not exactly a major flaw but I also think adding 2x and 3x playback speeds for recorded videos would make the viewing experience much better.

Simple to use with breakout rooms

Pros

After spending some time I can say it's quite simple to use and includes practical features like screen sharing and breakout rooms, both of which worked really well for me.

Cons

There was a slight video lag during conferences. It was only around a one-second delay but it still made conversations feel a bit awkward at times.

Effortless mute unmute and document upload

Pros

Adobe Connect makes it simple to mute or unmute participants by searching for their names in the attendee list and it also lets us upload documents without any trouble.

Cons

It would be better if Adobe offered audio service directly to customers instead of making users choose an external telecom provider when they need something beyond standard VoIP.
