“Multi-format webinar layouts
Pros
something that really works well is how customizable the webinar layouts and engagement features are. It lets users build virtual rooms that fit different training needs, including things like breakout rooms and polls. The sessions feel more dynamic too, thanks to tools such as live Q&A and interactive whiteboards which help keep participants involved throughout the webinar.
Cons
One area that could use improvement is the audio quality since it can occasionally lag during larger sessions. Setting up new webinars also feels like it should be more organized and reducing the time spent on administrative tasks would make the overall process better.

“hybrid training with engagement
Pros
for me it works really well for our hybrid setup especially for training sessions that involve workbooks. It lets everyone join the same classroom environment and it's much easier to keep track of attendance and make sure people are actually engaged.
Cons
That said it does feel a little outdated compared to newer platforms and the interface definitely reflects that. The video quality also isn't the strongest which is why we usually pair it with Zoom and keep Connect open separately.

“flexible mobile access away from desk
Pros
Being able to use it while I'm away from my desk has been really helpful. I can join meetings from my phone which gives me a lot more flexibility during the workday and lets me stay connected wherever I am.
Cons
I mostly use it on my phone alongside the Forsta app and that setup has a few frustrations. Logging in through the Forsta URL inside the app can be difficult, I'm not able to chat live with coworkers and I can't leave the app open in the background and keep listening to the meeting like a regular phone call. I'm not completely sure whether that comes from Adobe Connect or Forsta but fixing those issues would definitely improve the experience.

Pros
It works really well for online conferences, meetings and all kinds of talks. The part I appreciate most is having access to videos and recorded meetings whenever I need them.

“Capable product with live and recordings
Pros
Before the pandemic, I had never really used this product but once classes moved online, I got to see how capable it is. Being able to attend lessons live and then go back and watch the recordings made a big difference and it showed me that this product performs really well when it's used actively and the right way.
Cons
I noticed a problem with file sharing and annotations. In a class of around 40 people some of the files that were sent did not reach a few of my friends which was frustrating. It's not exactly a major flaw but I also think adding 2x and 3x playback speeds for recorded videos would make the viewing experience much better.
