I worked on projects where we designed everything to fit the client's strategy and message without feeling boxed in by restrictions. The process was smooth and the customer support and follow up were excellent.

Cons

For me, there were so many choices at the start and yes, the learning curve was real. We expected it, we got through it and now I actually enjoy using it.
