“Flexible Learning with this tool
Pros
For me, the platform feels simple and pleasant to look at with its nice design. The administrative follow-up is easy since all the documents are already available and I like the attendance sheet feature. Learners also benefit from structured training paths and the ability to watch replays in their space for a chosen time period which makes learning flexible.
Cons
I don't have feedback here because there isn't much to highlight at the moment.

“Friendly and Responsive Team
Pros
Every time I reach out, the team has been friendly and responsive which makes my experience really positive. I like that they keep this attitude and I wouldn't want them to change a thing.
Cons
From my experience, I don't really have anything negative to point out. There aren't any particular inconveniences.

“Easy to use and quick to master
Pros
For me, the biggest advantage is how easy it is to use. I was able to get started quickly without any confusion and that made the whole experience smooth and stress free.
Cons
Personally, I don't see any negative aspects. Once I understood how it works, I became independent quickly and that helped me use it more effectively.

“Easy to navigate and multilingual support
Pros
Personally, I like the easy navigation and the fact that everything is in French makes it more comfortable for me. I also appreciate that the team is always available and responds quickly whenever I need support.
Cons
At first, I felt the software wasn't very simple but I got used to it quickly. What I find challenging is that activating or deactivating learners has to be tracked manually. If it's not managed closely, it can affect billing. I wish there was an automatic option to disable learners once they finish their training.

Pros
In my experience, customer service has been excellent and always supportive. I also find the platform simple to use, both for designing courses and for learners who are following the training.
Cons
Sometimes the loading time can be a bit long and in my opinion, the price is higher compared to other competitors offering similar solutions.

Pros
What I noticed is that the platform gives me real interaction with learners. I enjoy the variety of activities and I also feel reassured knowing the learner space is secure and protected.
Cons
For me, only small details keep changing and improving over time. However, I think it's very important to add AI-based features to the training solutions soon, as that should be a priority moving forward.

“Simple setup but some features are not practical
Pros
For me, it's simple to set up training once the learning paths are programmed. I don't waste time on complicated steps and I can focus on delivering the content smoothly.
Cons
Sometimes I feel the programmers think more like IT specialists than end users. Because of that, some features don't match real practical use and it can lead to wasted time and effort.

Pros

I find the software both simple and effective and for me that makes it enjoyable to use on a daily basis. The smooth design and easy navigation save me time and I don't feel stressed while using it because everything works without complications.
Cons

From my side, I really like how easy the platform is to use and I always notice that the customer service team is quick to respond whenever I ask for help. They give clear guidance and friendly support which makes the overall experience even better for me.
Cons
What I noticed is that a few modules are missing and I would also like to have the option to create sub-groups for virtual classes which isn't available right now.

Pros
Agora Learning Smart feels very easy to use and I like how I can create learning paths that include classroom lessons, virtual sessions and eLearning activities. On top of that, the customer support is efficient and I always get help without delay.
Cons
What I noticed is that virtual classrooms don't work on smartphones and that limitation can be inconvenient in some cases.

“Great for full training control but SCORM imports need work
Pros
The part I enjoy most is that I can design full learning programs, manage users in one place and keep track of learning progressions. This gives me control over the whole training process and makes it very practical.
Cons
Generally, it's very easy to use but I sometimes face difficulties when importing SCORM and AICC formats. It would be better if that process were smoother.
