Pros
Interface feels flexible and simple to use and it does what we expected it to do especially for polycompetency matrices and training planning :)
Cons
During the testing phase we ran into some bugs. Login can also take longer than expected at times and loading internal skills into it is not always very fluid :(

Pros
The tool is very efficient and does a really good job of displaying a versatility and multi skills matrix. The project support was excellent as well and the team's expertise with the tool was clearly high quality!
Cons
Ticket follow up is handled in English only which is a drawback.

“helpful automatic reminders”
Pros
Platform is pleasant to use because of the clean presentation and the visual management works really well for quickly understanding where each employee stands in terms of versatility through role based evaluations across the organization. Creating and managing training plans is efficient and the automatic reminders for competencies that need renewing are also very useful.
Cons
Color codes in the versatility matrix can be confusing at times. However this has improved recently with the addition of several new visual options that can now be selected directly in the application settings.

Pros
Having skills management and training brought together in one place is really useful. It also handles proof storage well and getting access to those documents is simple.
Cons
The integration for non French sites still needs improvement. The newsletters and updates are in French and the initial setup feels quite heavy even if that's necessary to organize this kind of management properly.

“Real time view of skill validity”
Pros
Being able to set individual validity periods for each skill or training is extremely useful. The real time view of skill validity makes it possible to instantly see what needs to be renewed at any given moment. Sharing that information with department managers and employees is also very practical. I also appreciate being able to define targets for the number of autonomous employees and tutors with color coding to make everything clearer. Training and tutoring planning along with bulk validation of evidence, saves a lot of time. The interface is visual and quick to learn. Compared with the Excel files we used before it has brought a real improvement in both efficiency and time savings. New features are added regularly and whenever we needed support or guidance they were was available and responsive.
Cons
Onboarding can feel a bit lengthy if enough time is not set aside for it. Ideally it helps to have a dedicated person assigned while entering all the information even if the Excel import files do save time. It would also be a nice addition to have a clearer view of the tutoring journey history.

Keeping records of operators skills is the most valuable part for me especially things like evidence, renewals and related details. The software is also pretty easy to use :)
Cons
The training feature still feels like it could be better even if I can't clearly say what it needs. It just seems like something is missing.

Training progress is visible right away which makes follow up much more efficient. The color coded view also gives a clearer picture of employee versatility and the search engine is complete while staying very simple to use!
Cons
At this point in the way I use it I haven't come across any weak points.

Pros
Has been a really positive experience to use this app. It's very accessible, engaging and quick to use. Being able to clearly see the versatility and skills of my operators through this app has been a real advantage for our company.
Cons
When I first started using the app it was still in its early stages so there were a few minor login issues from time to time. Since then those problems have been resolved and everything works well now.

Using it feels very simple thanks to the user friendly design, the color-coded alerts and the employee photos that make everything clearer at a glance. I also really appreciate the way competency evidence is archived and the support team is available and helpful when it comes to assistance or improvement suggestions.
Cons
The only thing missing is the ability to customize the automatic evidence documents by adding the company logo.

It makes it much easier to keep track of employees versatility in a clearer and more organized way. Uploading supporting documents is quick and simple and the training scheduling features give managers very effective follow up on progress and development.
Cons
There are a few minor bugs from time to time but whenever they are reported to support they are usually fixed within the same week.

The software makes managing workforce versatility much more reliable. A real advantage is being able to upload training records directly into the software which means those documents are always accessible whenever needed. It's worth mentioning that to get the best results from it all the initial data has to be set up carefully including organizational units, positions, skills and related elements.
Cons
Customizing the software to match the organization's specific setup can take quite a bit of time. There are also bugs that show up along the way and need to be fixed progressively. That said their team stays attentive and provides support to help address these issues.
