For me, the simplicity of the platform stands out and I also appreciate the strong uptime and fast turnaround time. The fact that it integrates smoothly with different virtual platforms has made my work much easier.
Cons
The UX/UI design is decent but could be improved further. A fresher and more modern look would make the experience much more engaging and enjoyable.

Pros
When the team first approached us, they were very professional and guided us clearly through the solution we needed. Since then, I've found the platform dynamic and user-friendly and the tool itself has a wide range of features. I'm still exploring all it can offer to see what fits best for our business.
Cons
Nothing major to point out but it would be useful if the dashboard had more visual elements such as insights and clear classifications to make tracking easier.

I like the user-friendly dashboard that doesn't put limits on my learning approach. I feel free to learn the way I want without restrictions holding me back.
Cons
The role switch feature is missing. For example, a trainee cannot be directly switched to a trainer from the portal which would save time and effort if available.

Pros
Personally, I find the platform very easy to use and I've also had good experiences with their support team. The billing process and transitions are smooth, so I don't have to worry about complications.
Cons
The assessment sessions could be more polished. It would also help if designations could be overwritten in bulk and if the training calendar allowed backdating to better reflect real scenarios.

For me, tracking employee progress is simple and effective. I can clearly see how everyone is doing which helps in managing training and growth within the team.
Cons
Currently, I have to manually map managers zone wise, every time I export a report which becomes repetitive and time-consuming.
