From my side, I've noticed that they handle companies and organizations with very complex structures very well. They provide solutions that fit these needs and that shows their capability and experience.

Cons

A profiling tool for each individual would be very helpful. It could map personality and skills and then connect those traits to different learning activities for a more customized experience.
