I'm genuinely enthusiastic about this tool's vision. In practice, it has proven to be an outstanding solution for monitoring student engagement and tracking their academic progress comprehensively over time

Cons

Pros

Using the system, I quickly discovered that it's simple and easy, offering a very clear, highly user-friendly interface that makes it easy for both administrators and regular users to learn and operate.

Cons

I find it limiting that there isn't a bulk enrollment option, because when I'm entering student grades I have to upload or enter them in individual batches rather than in one congreatated action.

clear and accessible layout

Pros

I've been really impressed by how easy and simple this tool is, because the layout and options are so clear that I don't get lost navigating its menus, the platform genuinely feels accessible. The program is highly user-friendly for administrators as well as for regular users and that simplicity makes daily tasks less frustrating. Although I have only been using this software for three months, I was able to learn its core features quickly and start working efficiently.

Cons

One limitation I've faced is the lack of flexible bulk enrollment tools within this tool which makes several processes more time-consuming than they need to be. For instance, when I input student grades I am forced to do them in single batches rather than uploading or editing many at once and that slows down our grading workflow significantly.

Prompt tech support

Pros

Easy to use tool....their tech support team responds promptly whenever I need help which makes the whole experience much smoother.

Cons

Although it doesn't happen often, the reporting system will sometimes go down or change without any notice and I've also found that pulling reports for late arrivals doesn't reliably work.

Pros

Okay so.... I find it simple to use and appreciate the simple, uncluttered interface that makes getting started easy.

Cons

Even though we paid for custom programming work, after a few months the same capability shows up as a standard option for everyone which makes me feel like we spent money for something that ultimately becomes a freebie for all users.

Customizable and easy tool

Pros

I'm really taken with how easy the app is to use and I value the level of customization available that lets me tailor features to fit the way I work.

Cons

That said, interface updates seem to roll out randomly and without any warning which has caught me off guard and interrupted my workflow, having a notification or brief changelog for recent updates would be hugely helpful to me.

Great tool.... I'm really impressed by its clean visual design and easy workflow, since it's easy to use and clearly displays academic history and audit details while also offering reliable data maintenance.

Cons

For a larger, more complex school environment I find its functionality too limited and there are times when it feels unstable, as if a bug or a tough workaround is required to get things done.

Pros

AMP support team is incredibly helpful, always responsive and ready to guide me through any issue until it's resolved which gives me a lot of confidence using the product.

Cons

When it comes to creating reports, I often find the process confusing and not very easy, so I frequently struggle to generate the report easily and wish it were more simple.

Web-based, no IT needed

Pros

As a user, I've found the system extremely easy and web-based, so it doesn't require an IT team to handle backups or upkeep and instructors and staff can reach it from anywhere they have internet access, it accommodates attendance tracking, clock-hour and credit-hour setups, offers customizable fields you can tailor to your needs and lets you export various reports to PDF or Excel easily, all at a very reasonable price that gives excellent value.

Cons

That said, there aren't many built-in, ready-to-use reports included and at the moment there aren't any pre-developed IPEDS-style reports required for U.S. Department of Education submissions, I've found the developers to be very receptive and willing to build whatever reports are necessary but the package doesn't ship with report templates that other schools have created or previously written, so you'll need to rely on custom development or your own report library.

Complicated Management, Easy Setup

Pros

It's easy for me to upload course materials without trouble and quickly print transcripts showing any issues whenever needed, which saves time. Entering information into the system feels simple and easy. Jamie, the president, is very personable and always willing to handle even the smallest requests, which makes me feel appreciative.

Cons

While I find the overall program management to be far from easy, lacking a clear 'how-to' manual puts us in a difficult spot because we constantly have to lean on tech support and timing is often critical, although setting up a new course is easy enough, when I build a course from an existing template any attached or related documents don't carry over which is frustrating. Report development remains complicated and has been a persistent problem since the software was first introduced.

affordable and helpful tool

Pros

What I like most is how incredibly affordable it is and I've found the support team to be genuinely helpful whenever I've needed them, overall the product provides me with exactly the features and tools I require for our school.

Cons

While it took me a bit to get the hang of the system at first, once I learned the workflow things smoothed out and I was fine, there are still areas that could be improved but overall it integrates with our school and I'm satisfied.

Pros

I've found the reports it produces to be very comprehensive and detailed and because the support team consistently shows a readiness to adapt to our requests, customer service really stands out, additionally, the interface is easy to navigate and the pricing is affordable for schools operating on a limited budget.

Cons

When I work with the system regularly, I find myself having to perform frequent customizations to keep it aligned with our school's evolving requirements which adds ongoing maintenance overhead.

Confusing interface

Cons

Although it's convenient to access online, I find the interface confusing and not easy to navigate and I think every piece of information about prospective students should be presented on a single page rather than forcing our salespeople to click through an excessive number of separate pages.

Pros

As one of the initial adopters of this tool, I find that it has successfully fulfilled all the requirements for creating a new database for Marca College.

Cons

I'd like to see a feature added that provides a campus-by-campus breakdown of reports, since that level of detail would really help with analysis.
