Pros

Managing training sessions is very easy with this system and I never deal with scheduling conflicts anymore. The trainer certification process works smoothly and the comprehensive question bank saves me tons of time. Course management feels smooth and the biometric attendance tracking is spot-on for keeping accurate records. What really stands out is how well the induction process works for new hires, the portal-based assessments make onboarding way more efficient than our old methods.

So far, I haven't come across any real issues with this system in our organization.

The learning experience has been completely transformed since we went paperless with this system. Having everything integrated like schedules, calendars, trainer requirements and minimum passing scores makes managing courses a lot smoother. Plus, connecting it with our other software was surprisingly easy.

umm for me the trainer qualification process feels odd compared to what I'm used to in the industry.

It automatically triggers training based on job descriptions which is very convenient. I can set up mandatory classroom sessions for employees below AGM level and those at AGM level and above get the flexibility of self-scheduling their training. Implementation was surprisingly quick too and we had everything up and running in just 40 days.

There are way too many roles available right now, though I guess it mostly depends on how our organization decides to set them up.
