“Onboarding game changer”
Pros
Since COVID changed how organizations deliver training, bringing employees together for in-person sessions is no longer as practical as it used to be. Being able to handle onboarding through Amplifire has been a real game changer, not just for our training team but for our onboarding staff as well. We also really appreciate how well it integrates with our LMS.
Cons
I'd still like to see more ideas and examples around gamification and the different ways it could be used in that area. Other than that, I really don't have any complaints to mention.

“Faster onboarding and lower costs”
Pros
One of the biggest benefits has been the noticeable drop in training time so our users can get into their departments much faster. That has also led to lower overall costs which has been a real advantage.
Cons
Getting started with the technology can be a bit challenging for some people at first.
