“Great fit for music programs”
Pros
After comparing several music school management options for our non profit (TeachKidsMusic.org) this clearly offered everything the other platforms had and then went further. It included a full curriculum, teacher training and certification plus helpful tools that support both teachers and students. Choosing this platform turned out to be the best decision we could have made for our music program :)
Cons
At this point the only downside is that there isn't a dedicated app yet. However the platform is very mobile friendly and works really well on phones, ipads and computers. We were also told the app is expected to be available in 2025.

Pros
It does a really nice job of bringing students and teachers together and keeping that connection strong!
Cons
Honestly I don't have any real complaints. The only thing worth mentioning is that if you're new to some technologies it may take a few days to get comfortable using it.

“ALL in one teaching platform”
Pros
From day one managing everything on the platform has been simple and efficient. It does a really effective job of helping us stay on top of student scheduling and payments. The curriculum tools and progress tracking have also made a big difference, helping our students learn more efficiently and improve faster especially with the at home video lessons available. Another feature we really enjoy is the built in store where we can conveniently access and purchase instrument essentials as well as instruments themselves.
Cons
I haven't run into any issues, everything works really well and performs exactly as expected.

Pros
Having everything in one place has been a game changer for me. I'm able to run my school, handle payments and maintain a solid checks and balances system between teachers and students without needing multiple tools. This has completely transformed the way I manage my business!

“freed up time for me”
Pros
Getting some of my own time back has been the biggest win. This software has quickly become my new best friend, my school is running more efficiently and the program was very simple to learn and use!
Cons
My only complaint is not discovering it sooner. I'll definitely be recommending it so other people don't miss out.

“Smooth scheduling and instructor contact”
Pros
Booking lessons has been very convenient and staying in touch with instructors to make sure everything gets scheduled has worked really well.
Cons
Haven't run into any issues at this point but I'll keep an eye on it as I continue using it.

“Fast and reliable”
Pros
Everything loads quickly, the menus are detailed without being confusing and it's simple to figure out and understand. Moving or reassigning lessons and students is easy and the notifications always come through reliably. I'm really happy with it overall.
Cons
Only thing I'd really like to see is an iOS version of the product which it doesn't have yet.

“packed with valuable resources”
Pros
Compared with other platforms this one offers everything they do and then a lot more! The curriculum is outstanding and all of my teachers are able to use it for free. There's also a store where we can purchase products to resell to our students which helps generate extra income while also keeping our students engaged at our school. On top of that they provide teacher training courses, teacher certification and the "Build my Biz" section includes thousands of documents, worksheets and tutorials that we've found incredibly useful.
Cons
They seem to have thought of just about everything we needed! I don't have any problems with it!
