feasible workflow integration

Pros

As a team we found the product incredibly feasible to operate from day one. It integrated smoothly into our existing learning workflows without disrupting anything we had in place. Every feature is designed to be simple and user-friendly which meant we didn't need extensive training or hand-holding. Adoption across the team was smooth and natural and it's honestly made our learning processes more efficient and enjoyable.

Cons

Nothing specific comes to my mind that I can point out at this time.

convenient templates and helpful support

Pros

What I appreciate is the ability to build a template where I can sketch out a clear workflow with separate blocks that people should follow. It's feasible to use and I find the customer support responsive and quick.

Cons

When I have a large membership and need to modify questions it's not very simple or easy to make those changes. Also being able to adjust scores manually would be a fantastic addition.

easy content creation, many integrations

Pros

Honestly when you begin using this tool I find it's really feasible to create content and build templates. The software feels very user-friendly to me. There are numerous options for making the content visually appealing and it integrates with lots of other services like Google Docs, Office Viewer and YouTube/Vimeo. Best of all, it's also an approachable and truly welcoming platform for our customers.

Cons

I think it's important to carefully plan the organization of the content libraries ahead of time because you can't transfer pieces of content from one library into another.

Great for custom branding

Pros

One thing I really appreciate is how feasible it is to build attractive courses and publish them for customers. We've been able to tweak the look and feel to line up with our company's branding. I also value their strong support, there's a comprehensive knowledge center where I can usually find answers myself and when I can't, the ANS support team responds quickly and handles my questions with care.

Cons

When customers first go to sign up for a course they find the catalogue and I find its functionality disappointing. It doesn't let me reorder how courses are displayed and the options for filtering by language and by product are pretty weak which makes it harder for learners to find the right course.

polished look, customizable experience

Pros

As a learning tool developer I appreciate its polished, professional look and the wide range of capabilities it gives me. I also value how feasible it is to tailor the visual style and user experience for each individual client.

Cons

Getting familiar with the system's layout and all of its features really takes a while which I understand is inevitable given how feature-rich this tool is. As I build a different learning path for a new client, though, I'm finding it progressively simpler to navigate and locate what I need on subsequent projects.

Friendly staff

Pros

Their staff are incredibly friendly and I've received outstanding service, a great product, fair price-to-quality balance and they actually deliver what they promise.

Cons

So far I haven't found any downsides, we've only been using their service for two months so it's still early to judge.

Flexible and user-friendly with great support

Pros

Personally, I think the platform is flexible and easy to use as a developer and trainer. Thanks to the support team, I can continue working quickly with the software. I've even received compliments from my end users about the look and feel of the program which makes me confident using it.

Cons

Some features feel complicated when used for the first time. Since I don't use every feature regularly, it sometimes takes me extra time to re-learn them. However, support is always helpful and the aNewSpring team is constantly improving the platform while welcoming suggestions.

flexible for developers, loved by users

Pros

it is extremely flexible and feasible for me to use in my role as a developer/trainer. Because their helpdesk is responsive, I'm able to pick up and continue using the software quickly. My users often compliment me on the program's look and feel!

Cons

Certain features feel complicated the first time I try them. Since I don't use every option regularly, I sometimes need extra time to relearn how they work and get back up to speed. Thankfully, support is always nearby when I need help. Also the technical wizards behind this tool are constantly enhancing the software and genuinely welcome my suggestions for improvement.

Pros

I've had excellent customer support, they'll even send screenshots or short videos to help when needed and their responses arrive immediately every single time.

Cons

For me the way "goals" are used is a little tricky to understand at first.

effective and affordable tool

Pros

What I appreciate most about A New Spring is the openness and willingness of the team to help, the staff are incredibly friendly and always ready to assist with anything. Admittedly the platform can feel a bit clunky at first, yet the sheer volume of guidance and resources available is outstanding and makes learning it manageable. Once I became familiar with how it works, I found it to be very effective. On top of that, the pricing is excellent, after doing a careful competitor comparison, I believe A New Spring is among the most affordable options out there. Given all this, I consider A New Spring a very valuable LMS and I strongly recommend it to others.

Cons

I found the user interface to be rather unfriendly. There are plenty of features and things you can accomplish inside the system but it's not always obvious how to access or combine them which makes discovering all the possibilities tricky. Because of that, I ended up having several conversations with the support team and spending a fair bit of time digging through the support wikis to get everything sorted out.

Professional tool with free demos

Pros

As a platform for delivering online training, it's very professional, packed with useful features and offers multiple ways to engage with clients. I also appreciate that prospects can begin with a free demo.

Cons

Pros

Given the digital transformation era we're living through, I find this platform an obvious pick for educational businesses looking to modernize their learning offerings. I appreciate the strong team behind it, the constant rollout of new features and the clear focus on entrepreneurship.

Cons

There is a fairly steep learning curve so I had to dedicate time and effort to build up the required knowledge before I could move forward confidently.

eight years of happy use

Pros

Their customer service is outstanding and the platform is an excellent tool for delivering online learning to our participants. For about eight years we've used New Spring within our blended learning programs and both we, the participants and our clients remain extremely satisfied!

Cons

At the beginning it took me a while to uncover all the platform's capabilities but fortunately customer support was very helpful and guided me through the process.

Pros

I've found the platform offers a huge range of options for learning interventions, giving me flexibility in how I teach. Creating a learning journey that looks polished on any device is feasible and I can include videos, SCORM packages, interactive hotspots, or practical exercises to support learners in meeting their objectives. When I hit a snag, their customer support is just a message away and reliably helps me figure out the best approach. They also assist me in tailoring solutions that work for both my needs and those of my customers.

Cons

Getting to grips with the platform's structure required more time than I anticipated and I had to dig around to understand how the pieces connect. Fortunately, I've noticed usability improvements that make it much easier to use now.

pleasant design

Pros

The platform has a pleasant look and feel and it's feasible to tailor to my needs. I'm happy it keeps receiving updates and the team actively enhances user choices and functionality. Given that our e-learning market is still maturing, I really appreciate that there isn't a costly 'membership' to purchase, instead, you simply pay for the actual users.

Cons

It took me a little while to grasp how the content libraries are organized and how they tie into my learning programs. Once I understood that relationship, the system became very easy to use.

User-friendly with memo trainer

Pros

What I appreciate is how user-friendly and simple it is to get up and running. The memo trainer is a really useful add-on and I manage all the administration in-house without hiring consultants or extra staff.
