Trying to sign up has been a mess because the site was down for two weeks and now it still won't take payment. I sent both a support email and a message on Discord and neither has received a response after two weeks. Having support that actually replies would make a big difference.

Feels like one of the best learning platforms out there for security professionals whether you're just getting started, working as an analyst or already a security engineer! The dashboard, learning journeys and courses create a really strong experience and make the learning process much more enjoyable. It's genuinely impressive to use and very user friendly overall. Really amazing platform :)

Cons

At this point I don't see any downsides. I've been enjoying it and for now I have nothing negative to point out.

Pros

Coming from a seasoned GRC background and moving into a more hands on DevSecOps role I needed a fast way to build practical skills so I could contribute to cloud and application security improvements. I started with this software to work through OWASP material but it quickly became clear that the platform offers much more than that. It provides role based learning paths that make it simple to focus on practical tools and topics including secure coding, cloud security, containers, security applications and different testing methods. The support team has also been very responsive whenever I needed help and issues were handled quickly. I use this often and it has helped me bring some open source security tools into my organization which has had a positive impact on our overall security posture.

Cons

There is a broad selection of tools and topics in the course catalog. Since I regularly need to learn new tools and areas as part of my work it would be even more useful if the learning videos included tags so related content could be grouped and found more quickly.

Working through the hands on labs has been one of the best parts because they use real environments where I can actually practice security skills instead of just reading theory. The content also stays current with relevant topics like DevSecOps and AI security being updated regularly. On top of that the accessible dashboard, progress badges and structured learning paths do a good job of keeping me motivated and helping me stay on track.

Cons

There are so many courses and labs available that it can feel overwhelming at the beginning especially if you are new and unsure where to begin. A few of the advanced labs also do not include enough guided walkthroughs so it is possible to get stuck on more complex challenges. Community interaction feels somewhat limited too and having more peer support or mentoring would make the experience even better.

Diving into this platforms courses has been one of the best ways to learn these topics through a truly hands on approach. The content is built around real world challenges and presented in a clear, structured way that makes it practical instead of just theoretical. The Security Architect course and DevSecOps track stood out the most to me especially because they address the major pain points organizations actually deal with and help learners prepare for real situations. The courses are thoughtfully designed to build everything from essential knowledge to more advanced skills and they go beyond teaching concepts by pushing you to apply them in practice which really changes how you approach problems and think through solutions.

It pretty much has everything a security engineer needs to build skills across different domains. The variety of courses and hands on labs makes the material much easier to follow and understand. If someone is just getting started this is definitely a platform I would recommend. I've already started the basics and advanced courses and both have been excellent. I'm also really excited to see their AI and LLM courses. On top of that they have a 1000+ member Discord community where you can ask questions and get help.

Cons

Nothing specific comes to mind. The UI is well designed and accessing the courses and labs is very convenient.

Getting to actually exploit and remediate vulnerabilities in real labs makes this course stand out compared with ones that only explain the theory. The interactive environments are well put together and the learn by doing approach makes the material stick. It also moves through topics in a very logical way starting with the fundamentals and building up to more advanced areas so even difficult concepts make sense as you go.

Cons

One thing that feels missing is the community side. The experience can be a bit isolating and it would be much better to have more ways to connect with other learners or get support when you get stuck.

Something that really works well is the way it combines hands on labs with realistic scenarios that directly connect to the kind of work I do in testing, secure code review and threat modeling.

At times the wide range of features and topics can be a little overwhelming and some of the more advanced labs would be better with clearer and step by step guidance in more of a walkthrough format.

Pros

A lot of fresh content and courses have been added lately and the new LLM labs are especially valuable for learning about LLM exploits and how to fix them. The 'learning journeys' feature also makes the platform better by giving you a clear path to follow and helping you ramp up on topics faster.

Cons

One thing that still feels missing is freely available cloud sandboxes. It would be a really useful addition to have sandbox access that isn't tightly linked to a specific course so users can experiment with different services and configurations on their own.

Pros

Offers a really well curated set of DevSecOps courses across different difficulty levels. I had a very good time working through the modules and learning the concepts behind the various tools and processes that get integrated throughout the SDLC. It's a solid course for anyone looking to explore and grow in the DevSecOps field.

Cons

I don't really have any complaints. The modules stay updated with current market standards.
