Pros
I am impressed by how Attensi uses gamification to make e-learning more engaging. Transforming training into interactive sessions not only makes it more interesting but also improves its impact. I also find the platform quite user-friendly which makes it accessible even for those who are not very tech savvy.
Cons
Some gamified elements in skills games might become repetitive over time. Although its engaging, the originality might wear off if the games are not varied enough across different apps which makes the training feel like just a checkbox exercise. It would be great to see new skills based games to maintain excitement and improvements in accessibility. Additionally a modernization update might be beneficial.

Attensi simplifies things while conveying complex information or knowledge to learners in detail and properly. There are many different mini games and options to make content more dynamic. The AI features majorly speed up the creation process.
Cons
I did like to see a broader range of mini games. Sometimes it feels like there is not a game that fits the content perfectly.

Our learners gave this learning method high marks as they find the mini games engaging, fresh and well organized. Gamification fostered a friendly competitive atmosphere. The Attensi team was highly skilled and understood our business and its specifics which made the development process smooth. The customer service was excellent throughout and making adjustments was simple.
Cons
While I am happy with the product, the availability and turnaround time of data were a bit disappointing. Individual products are built separately which means there is no synthesized summary view or dynamic dashboard for administrators. Data is compiled manually and sent after training.

Attensi is easy to use, and its gamification makes even the dullest content enjoyable for training. Our employees like having this platform on their smartphones and they keep using it even after completing the required training. This repetition is important for learning something that in-person training could not achieve. Moreover, our business operates extended hours so gathering everyone in one room for training was nearly impossible. Attensi resolved this issue and made learning enjoyable. I wish we had this platform earlier.
Cons
Attensi integration was simple. I just wish there were some pre made training apps that could be customized for customer service.

The interactive nature of the simulations is directly relevant to interview preparation and prompts learners to think quickly as they would in an actual interview. The competitive aspect provided by the leaderboards led 80% of students to replay scenarios to improve their scores and gain a better understanding of whats needed for successful interviews.
Cons
Learners wanted more scenarios and additional interview questions which would make the simulation longer.
