For me, the customer support has been amazing every step of the way. They're always open to feedback, responsive to our requests and consistently working on improvements, which gives me confidence that the tool will continue to evolve positively.

Some aspects could be simplified, like adding an interface to mark all open ended questions at once.

Augmental is powerful and versatile for me, with AI that personalizes the learning journey and automates many tasks, saving me a huge amount of time. The analytics are also highly data driven, giving meaningful insights that help improve both learning outcomes and training efficiency.

Cons

I think the augmental is still a relatively new product, so it doesn't yet have all the features and functionality that some of the more established LMSs provide.
