“Fully Reliable Platform

Pros

For me, there's nothing about aXcelerate that I wouldn't recommend. It's been reliable, effective and has consistently met my needs without any major issues, making it one of the few platforms I can say I fully trust in my daily work.

Cons

Honestly, I haven't experienced any real cons so far, so nothing stands out as an issue worth mentioning.

“Great Customer Support

Pros

Customized reporting, workflows, and templates are features I rely on every day, and for me having a dedicated support person makes a big difference. Their quick and useful responses, combined with how supportive they've been during deployment, make the experience much smoother.

Cons

There are many small glitches that cause problems, especially with formatting notes which is one of the most used features by our team. Notes copy paste inconsistently, the cursor often jumps and causes accidental edits or deletions and, drag and drop in the calendar isn't live, so everyone has to refresh their page. Editing directly in calendar view sometimes doesn't save which leads to unnecessary mistakes. Despite being told it was our browser, we tested extensively and know it's not.

“Effective and Precise Tool

Pros

For me, Recommind's aXcelerate brings together nearly all the features needed to complete document review assignments effectively. It has proven to be dependable and comprehensive, which gives me confidence when working on projects that require precision and efficiency.

Cons

The features and functionality are not always completely simple but overall it's still fairly easy to use once I got used to it.
