Pros

It's remarkably easy to use and is very simple. Setting up events is also not an issue now, and running them is unproblematic. Presenters also find the platform highly user-friendly.

Cons

The screen sharing function is subpar, causing our customers to have a consistently poor experience. They often struggle to see the screen, encounter blurriness, or experience flashing screens. It is a weak feature on this platform.
