“Simple tool with great support”
Pros
The best thing I noticed that the software is fully customizable, feature rich and custom-made for specific needs. The approachable team always works around my requirements, unlike other standard services.
Cons
They don't offer a monthly subscription, only yearly, but this is balanced by the excellent product and strong customer service, which I truly appreciate. Many companies with monthly plans, on the other hand, don't offer such great support.
