“Fantastic learning platform experience

Pros

I really like how the interface looks. it's very modern and clean. On top of that, their support team is amazing. Anytime I run into an issue, they're quick to respond and always manage to find a solution fast. They're honestly one of the friendliest teams I've dealt with.

Cons

It doesn't always have everything I need right out of the box. The good thing is their team is great about listening to requests and working with engineers to build new functionality but we still end up dealing with technical hiccups every month that need troubleshooting.

“Excellent Support with Growing Tech Vision

Pros

The customer service here is top-notch. They reply so fast it actually surprises me sometimes. I also like how they keep up with the latest tech trends and are always working on making the platform better. The interface keeps getting more interactive and visually appealing with every update and I really appreciate that.

Cons

The deployment process can be really frustrating. Sometimes I'm stuck waiting weeks just to get small, simple changes pushed through.

“exceptional support team always ready to help

Pros

support is just incredible. It doesn't matter if I'm talking to the main support team, my account manager, project staff or anyone else and they're always willing to jump in and help. No matter what issue I've had, there's always been someone ready to tackle it with me.

Cons

Right now, the platform kind of feels like it's still growing up. I think the company has a clear idea of where they want to go but there are still some awkward gaps in the features available. From what I've heard in conversations with their team, these gaps should get fixed soon but honestly, I don't understand why it's taken so long to spot and fix them. They really need to check in with customers and the industry more often to make sure the basics are there and easy to use.

“User friendly but incomplete solution

Pros

For me, it works as a complete turnkey solution. It's user-friendly whether you're on the customer side or managing as an admin. I really love the study plan feature along with the strengths and weaknesses analysis and it's been perfect for exam prep. The flashcards and practice exams are also really well done and they make the learning experience way more engaging.

Cons

The customization options are limited which can be frustrating when you need something specific. The support team does their best to work around it and they'll collaborate with you to find solutions but at the end of the day there are still limits on how much you can tailor it to your workflow.

“easy to make quick changes and updates

Pros

It's very easy to make changes on the fly. If something needs to be fixed or updated, I can just modify it and push those updates out instantly to everyone using the system.

Cons

I really wish I had more control over certain features like being able to restrict specific characters when students are submitting their answers.

“Incredibly useful & efficient

Pros

The team does a fantastic job of keeping me updated. Throughout the entire project, they've checked in regularly and shared detailed updates which really made me feel involved in the whole process.

Cons

There are a few features I wish they'd add down the road, it would make a big difference in how I use the platform.

“great content creation tools and smooth admin features

Pros

Content creation and management tools are great and the admin features for handling students run smoothly. Our students love the modern interface they get to use and for us, this became the complete solution for launching our first certification program. The implementation and support teams really stood out to me too and they were so thorough and engaging during the entire setup.

Cons

The tenant admin area feels kind of disconnected. It could definitely use clearer navigation links to make it easier to find what I'm looking for.

“Perfect learning platform partner

Pros

This team knows their stuff across every department, sales, service, program management, development. They honestly feel like a one-stop shop that can speed up your time to market by 5X. The software itself is built with the customer in mind and their agile development style makes it easy for them to experiment and improve the user experience continuously.

Cons

I feel like the management console uses too much exam-style wording which really doesn't make sense for people outside of education. I wish it was more flexible so it could fit better for different industries.

“engaging learner interface but feature set feels limited for the price

Pros

Using this platform has been awesome for getting all of our content online. The learner interface looks clean, modern and has engaging features that make it easy for even beginners to pick up. Their instructional design team has been wonderful to work with and they know the system inside out and really helped me get the most out of my content. The account managers are also super knowledgeable and always ready to support. What impressed me the most though, was how open they were to custom requests. We got to work directly with their product and development teams and even influenced their roadmap. Scalability has never been a problem either and it worked just as smoothly for 10 users as it did for 100,000.

Cons

For the price, the feature set feels really limited. It's not even marketed as a full Learning Management System and they're upfront about that but compared to other full-featured systems, this one feels very expensive. The admin interface is outdated and doesn't give you much freedom. Most features require custom development that takes anywhere from 6�12 weeks which is really frustrating if you need something quickly.
