“comprehensive platform with easy-to-use features
Pros
I really like that this isn't just some random video conferencing tool. It actually brings everything I need together like screen sharing and a whiteboard, right in one place. Makes it feel way more useful than the usual apps.
Cons
It definitely takes a while to really figure out all the features and learn how to get the most out of it. I had to spend some extra time exploring things before I felt comfortable using it fully.

“Improved quality with open-source flexibility
Pros
The voice and video quality has improved so much since the pandemic, I can honestly notice the difference. What's cool is that because it's open source, it's easy to make tweaks and small improvements when you need to. Screen sharing works smoothly too and I don't have to deal with those annoying voice delays I've seen on bigger, more popular platforms.
Cons
I like that it works through any browser because that's convenient but honestly, sometimes I wish there was a proper desktop app. I feel like it would run smoother and give better performance. Screen sharing works okay but the frustrating part is that when I'm on a different screen, I can't see the webcam or the chat which really throws me off during calls.

“easy in-house training with smooth video sessions
Pros
Running in-house training has been easy with this. The video sessions and virtual classroom features make everything feel very smooth like I'm running an actual class without the headaches.
Cons
One thing that bugs me is that whenever I try uploading big files during a video call, it just kills the video quality. Everything starts lagging and it makes the whole experience kind of messy.

“Good but not efficient enough
Pros
The slide based whiteboard is seriously one of my favorite things. It's awesome to have full control as the host and it makes managing sessions way easier. The integration with Moodle LMS works perfectly for what we need and I've noticed primary school students get so excited about using the polls and sharing on the whiteboard. Plus, the authentication system keeps it secure and we never have to worry about outsiders sneaking in like they sometimes do with those public meeting platforms.
Cons
The user cap drives me crazy. Even if you've got the best hardware, you're stuck with a max of 200 participants which is way too limiting. That cap really needs to go. On top of that, setting up the server has been a complete headache for me. I've wasted entire days and nights troubleshooting issues that just keep popping up and it's exhausting.

“Best virtual meetings with minor issues
Pros
I like that it's an open source virtual meeting tool that's not complicated to set up. You don't have to be a tech wizard to get it running and it integrates really smoothly with other platforms which makes it even better.
Cons
Desktop sharing gets choppy especially if I'm trying to show moving objects or something with motion. The performance just isn't smooth enough for those kinds of demonstrations.

“Excellent video conferencing solution
Pros
I've been using this for web conferences and honestly, it's been rock solid for sharing video content. The whiteboard feels easy to use and works great for real-time collaboration. I really like the polls and little emoticons and they actually keep meetings fun. Recording is built right in which saves me time and screen sharing runs without a hitch. Breakout rooms are a big plus for group discussions. As an instructor, I can share slides, videos and audio really easily. The chat recording helps me track student engagement and the live whiteboard where everyone sees annotations right away is perfect for interactive sessions.
Cons
The WordPress integration is the one thing I'd really like to see improved. Both the frontend and backend could use some polish. On the frontend side, it would help so much if the options were explained more clearly, because right now it feels like I'm just guessing my way through.

“Decent but Nothing Special
Pros
It's so simple to join discussions. I can just use my speakers and mic or even the built-in mic on my laptop or phone. And if I don't feel like talking or I don't have a mic handy, I can just use the chat box to type instead.
Cons
Honestly, it feels basic compared to competitors like Zoom. Other tools have so many more features and flexibility. This one feels almost too simple and there's nothing that really stands out or makes it special. I'd love to see them add some standout features, maybe even something creative like background music for calls or other unique tools that would set it apart from everything else.

“free access for students with easy-to-use screen sharing
Pros
I think it's awesome that students can join for free. Only the main account needs to be paid for and that setup worked really well for us back when we first started using it during lockdown in college. I really like how you can share your screen and let students write or draw directly on it if you enable that. The audio and video are crystal clear too. I'm sure there are still plenty more features I haven't even tried yet.
Cons
Since I got access for free through my college, I can't really complain much. I haven't run into any major issues that would make me dislike it, so overall I've had a pretty smooth experience.
