Our team used it as a really valuable practice platform to build skills and refine their craft. The flexibility of the tool was a big plus and it was especially helpful that reps could watch themselves, self-coach and also get feedback from managers reviewing their submissions and offering recommendations. The design is very easy and simple to use.

Cons

From time to time, videos did not load into the system correctly which meant some team members had to record them again.
