Good app and cloud storage, but no desktop/iOS & limited training

Pros

I'm really glad they have an Android app, it makes accessing everything way easier when I'm on the go. The cloud storage is awesome too because it backs up all my data automatically and I can grab what I need from anywhere. Their live online training sessions have been really helpful for figuring out how to use all the features. Whenever I've had issues, the support team has been great at sorting them out. The video conferencing works really well for meetings with remote team members and I've even used it for training sessions. What stands out most is how customizable everything is and our small business was able to make it fit our needs perfectly.

Cons

I really wish they had desktop versions for Mac and Windows and not having an iOS app really limits where I can use this. Getting started was tough since there's no in-person training or webinars that would've made the learning curve a lot easier. It doesn't work well for e-commerce or eLearning businesses which really limits who can actually use it. Without a dedicated learning portal, figuring everything out takes way longer than it should. They also don't offer blended or asynchronous learning options, so it's tough to get up to speed at your own pace. The pricing is high too which is hard to justify when there are cheaper alternatives available.

Promising but needs improvement

Pros

I am impressed by how feature-rich this platform is. Once you get the hang of it, there's so much you can do with it.

Cons

The interface isn't the simple. It took me a while to get comfortable with how everything works and I think most people will need some time to get used to it before they can use it effectively.

Great tool but pricy

Pros

It brings everyone together on one platform which makes collaboration so much easier. The meeting functionality is great and everything feels smoother and more efficient. Being able to connect with people across different cities and countries is amazing. Screen sharing works great and file sharing is really simple and smooth.

Cons

The pricing is very high which makes it tough to justify using.

Best communication tool with minor hiccups

Pros

It's easy to use and scheduling business meetings is a total smooth with this platform.

Cons

Reliable performance, weak support

Pros

Setting up virtual meetings is very easy with just a few clicks and the security features give me peace of mind when I'm hosting sensitive discussions.

Cons

Great interface and cloud storage but lacks desktop apps and training

Pros

I really like the interface. it's super easy to use and everything feels interactive. What I love most is the cloud storage feature and the live training sessions they offer. Their member support has been pretty simple too.

Cons

It's very frustrating that there aren't desktop versions for Windows, Mac and iOS. What makes it even harder for someone like me, who's new to this, is that there's no person-to-person training or webinars available and you're pretty much left on your own to figure things out. And honestly, the pricing feels high for what you get.

Decent for Global Operations

Pros

It works perfectly for our European teams and it gives them exactly what they need. The GDPR protections are great, which is a huge advantage for us since we operate internationally.

Cons

The interface isn't as user-friendly as Zoom and we've run into way too many artifact problems here in the US. We initially tested it because our European team wanted their own platform, thinking it might be useful but for now, we've decided not to make the switch.
