Something that really stands out is the team behind it, they're helpful, well informed and great to work with! The platform itself has also been very solid overall. I've run into only a few user experience issues and those were resolved quickly. Most of them ended up being caused by user error anyway.
Cons
Page setup could definitely be more flexible especially with features like drag and drop editing or suggested page templates. I'd also like to see more options for email templates along with tracking features such as open rates. Other than that it would be useful if the system tracked metrics like a user's last login and how frequently they log in.

“Partner collaboration and rewards
Pros
Having this platform available across our strategic partners has been really helpful. It makes collaboration much more practical for us and sharing content with other companies using the same system is a big advantage. The rewards program has also been very useful and adds extra value.
Cons
A few options have come up in discussions with the team and the response so far hasn't been what we expected. We still assume those items are being worked on but at this point they don't fully align with what we need.

One thing that really stands out is how helpful the employees are and how much they genuinely want to support you in building the best university possible. The support team knows the platform well and usually gets back with answers pretty quickly whenever questions come up. There's also a wide selection of manufacturer and vendor courses available that we can share within our university.
Cons
Even with so many vendor courses available to share getting them added and properly organized in our university can be a pretty inconvenient process. That becomes even more difficult when our biggest priority right now is creating and building out our own content. It's also frustrating to keep getting emails about adding and promoting courses that aren't ours especially when we already know those are not the courses our employees are looking for at the moment.

It can be a helpful platform when everything is functioning the way it should.
Cons
Using the platform gets frustrating because it often doesn't work properly. There are too many moving parts and it keeps sending you to different pages without letting you accomplish what you actually need. There are also way too many upgrade options pushed in front of you when all you want is the bare minimum. I just wish the whole system and process were much more easy: upload a course and check its analytics nothing more.

Does have some strong ideas for its LMS and the team seems committed to adapting and pushing innovation in the training space. One example is the introduction of their new 360 feature which shows they are trying to bring fresh capabilities to the platform.
Cons
Biggest problem is not having access to our own analytics. We are missing critical user and course records that we need to run our business and too often we have to push just to get information we should already be able to see. On top of that the lack of follow through and planning around how changes affect users has been extremely frustrating. In one case, a beta feature that BlueVolt told us would not be turned on without our approval was activated without our knowledge and it created major issues for our university.

Pros
Getting around the system is pretty simple and most end users can usually locate what they need without much trouble. A big advantage for us is that suppliers can share content directly into our university. Support is generally quick to respond as well even though there have been a few occasions where issues dragged on longer than expected.
Cons
There are definitely some bugs in the system. One recurring problem happens when assigning multiple training tracks to the same user, it seems to remove the first track as soon as the second one is added which creates extra rework. We've had to come up with our own workaround because their support team hasn't been able to reproduce an error that happens for us on a regular basis. The platform is updated often which can be beneficial but those updates also tend to move menus and change where things are located and that gets frustrating fast. It feels a lot like when Excel gets updated and everything is suddenly rearranged. Then you have to spend time figuring out where everything went again. On top of that the how to videos become outdated because the dropdowns and navigation no longer match the current version.

Having everything digital with no paper to deal with has been a big plus and the reminders really help. All of our training including Product and Safety is kept in one place which makes it very convenient to find exactly what we need without jumping around.
Cons
There are times when I don't complete the training right away but the reminders do a good job of keeping it on my radar. From a user perspective I really don't have any complaints. I haven't used it in an admin role but as an employee taking trainings it has worked well for me.

Has become a genuinely valuable partner for Milwaukee Tool and that relationship has helped expand our network and reach in a huge way especially over the past year when digital training became such a major priority. They don't just hear your concerns and move on, they actively look for ways to support you and help plan for growth. More than anything what stands out is that they operate like a real partner not just a company using the word.
Cons
One area where it still has a big opportunity is automation. As universities continue to grow admins really need the ability to create distribution rules and that functions is badly needed. I understand it's something they're currently developing so hopefully it comes soon. Still they are clearly investing in their team and training which should pay off over time and we've been fortunate to work with a CSM who has a strong technical grasp of the platform. That level of support has made growth much more achievable for us.

Vendors can upload their courses directly into the system which is one of the few useful parts of the platform.
Cons
Has a long list of problems. Every time I submit a request I get an automated reply first and then usually another response the next day. A lot of the time those replies don't include enough detail so it takes multiple follow ups just to get a clear answer. I also really dislike the dashboard layout and how it's organized. One of my forklift courses only works in Firefox because of this software which is incredibly frustrating. Apart from this too much of the work falls on my side when I feel the software should be handling more of it. Overall the platform feels buggy, tacky and frustrating to deal with. I honestly dread having to use it.

The software gives me exactly what I need for my learners and the dashboard is simple to use when I want to keep an eye on their performance.
