“user-friendly setup with effective screen sharing

It's very user friendly and setting up classes and activities for students is simple. I also like how it handles presentations and the screen sharing works really well.

Cons

The only thing I'd point out is that it's not as fast as some other platforms I've used but that's something that could easily be fixed with updates.

It was easy to implement and it worked well with our existing systems, so both new and experienced users could adapt quickly. What I like most is how it gives learners a safe space to practice and get feedback from AI multiple times, helping them feel more confident before they get feedback from humans. It's had a huge impact on our programs and our Certified Master Architect Program shows this. We use it every week for assessments and student engagement has gone way up. The customer support is amazing. They're always there to help us find new ways to use the tool and connect everything to our LXP. They really feel like partners, not just a vendor. Using this tool helped us win the Learning Technologies 2024 Best Use of AI in Learning award. The judges loved how AI and human connections worked together, making our results much better. Winning that Gold Award shows how this tool is changing how we learn. It's a game-changer for any company looking for new learning solutions. Cons

Right now, the lack of workflow feedback for managers is a downside. But I'm excited for the new feature coming in early 2025 which should bring notifications for reviews and validation.
