“all-in-one learning powerhouse

Pros

Having everything in one learning platform has been a huge plus. It covers web design, product bundles, coupons, course listings, online course scheduling, gamification and even virtual classroom and forum features so there's no need to piece together a bunch of separate tools. That saves a lot of time and hassle.

Cons

I'd still like to see is a self-booking option for students to schedule online courses on their own. Right now, that part has to be arranged manually which is a bit inconvenient.

BrainCert offers a comprehensive set of tools for trainers and educators. It's incredibly easy to use, with features like virtual classrooms, content management, and secure online testing capabilities. What's even better is that they are certified and prioritize data protection, which is crucial for our organization.

Cons

It's not exactly a dislike, but since the platform is continuously evolving, there are occasional bugs in newly released features. However, this is understandable, and the good thing is that they promptly address and resolve these issues within a matter of days. The same applies to integrations, as they are gradually adding more options.

Compared with other LMS platforms, BrainCert is more user friendly while still offering a very complete set of features. Plus it brings together course management, live collaboration tools and in-depth analytics in one place which makes it a really capable option for both instructors and students.

Cons

One downside is that the platform can occasionally feel a little overwhelming because there are so many features packed into it. It may take some time to find your way around and fully understand how to use all of the available tools.

BrainCert seems like it is built to cover just about every training scenario. It comes with a broad set of tools like whiteboards during video calls, ecommerce options, multiple quiz formats social hubs and event calendars so it can handle a wide variety of learning and training needs. I also appreciate how much you can tailor it, from the site name and description to logos, time zone and landing page which makes branding the platform much more flexible. On top of that its roadmap looks very encouraging and gives me confidence in where the product is heading.

Cons

At first the video calling features and their management gave me a hard time and that occasionally interfered with my early virtual training sessions. Because of that, I ended up relying on other apps for video conferencing and running workshops. Even with those shortcomings, it remains the most complete and capable LMS I have used, with a depth of features and functionality that still makes it an essential part of how I deliver training and workshops.

“Has amazing course and community tools

Pros

Creating my courses has been very easy now and I really enjoy being able to build a learner community around them. The marketing tools especially the landing pages, also make it simple to enroll clients without much hassle.

Cons

There still isn't a mobile app yet and the overall look and feel could be cleaner, simpler and a bit more modern.

BrainCert tool is flexible and very user-friendly. Creating and managing training modules takes very little effort which saves a lot of time. The virtual classroom is one of its best parts, with video, interactive whiteboards and live collaboration that make sessions much more engaging and productive. On top of that the ongoing support and regular updates help ensure we always have access to the newest features. If you need a high-quality e-learning platform, this one is absolutely worth considering.

Cons

The cost can feel a little high for a small team although it's still quite competitive when you compare it with similar platforms. Considering the functionality and efficiency it provides, the price feels justified.

Uploading content can be a bit tricky at first and takes some time to learn but once you get used to it, it becomes more manageable. Still, that part could definitely be improved.

After trying several LMS platforms BrainCert is like it pulled together the strongest parts of each one and combined them with other useful features in a product that is priced really well. Right from the start, it includes pretty much everything needed especially for an instructor who also wants to sell shippable products and it's simple to use. On top of that the customer support has been excellent.

I have been using it for under six months and at this point I honestly don't have any negative feedback about it.

We use this really useful platform to manage our internal training courses and it has been a very positive experience. It includes webinars, training courses on a wide range of topics and several other helpful tools. I especially appreciate how reliable the platform is, along with the option to tailor training topics based on the different needs and goals a company may have.

The virtual classroom is definitely the highlight. It's really nice not having to deal with any backend setup or extra technical work to get things going.

There are still a few areas where it needs to catch up with what most LMS buyers typically expect. The UX/UI has improved which is good to see and more updates are apparently on the roadmap. The menu also isn't quite as user friendly as some other platforms yet although it does seem to be getting better.

It comes with useful tools like drag-and-drop content uploads, interactive elements, scheduling and invoicing and customizable quizzes that help keep students engaged. On top of that course creators get flexible payment options which makes it faster and more convenient to collect payments from customers.

Cons

One downside with this tool is that the customization options for designing course content are fairly limited. There is not much freedom to adjust the look and feel so courses can end up seeming a little generic. I have also noticed reports of technical problems that sometimes caused courses to load more slowly than expected.

The virtual classroom and screen sharing features are the biggest highlights for me and they're strong enough to replace Zoom in my workflow.

Overall the design is modern and of high-quality and the visual style is really appealing. I also like the game-like elements that make studying more engaging. On top of that it comes with a lot of useful tools, including marketing features so it feels like a very complete platform.

A few buttons could probably be placed in better spots but it's nothing major and still simple to use. Since the platform is fairly new, my only concern is whether the company will be around long term if I fully invest in building my courses here and don't want to redo everything later.

Out of all the LMS platforms I have worked with BrainCert has been my favorite. The interface is very user friendly and it comes with a broad set of features that fit just about any training program. My favorite parts are the analytics and quality score tools because they make it simple to track how participants are performing and spot the areas that need improvement. It's really useful for consistently evaluating trainee progress and I'd definitely recommend it to anyone searching for an LMS.

Customer support has also been very helpful and it's nice that the platform is ready for mobile and tablet use while supporting multiple languages too.

As per me the only thing missing was the lack of Razorpay payment gateway support and Integrately integrations.

After trying a number of similar platforms, this one has been the best by far. As a freelance IT instructor, having something this dependable makes the job a lot less stressful. It keeps sessions engaging, lets me collaborate online without issues and the virtual classroom is simple to navigate. On top of that the payments and membership features have been far less troublesome than with other software I have used.

The part I like the least in it is the bulk enrollment feature. I wish there were an option to turn it off.

BrainCert LMS is user friendly and self explanatory. The course bundle feature has been especially useful for grouping courses together and guiding students through them one at a time with the rules option. Their testing platform, paired with the Virtual Classroom solved a major challenge for us during the pandemic when we needed to conduct exams online. Adding students, creating groups and assigning courses or tests is simple and easy. Student engagement through the virtual classroom has also been amazing. Overall it has been a wonderful experience using this LMS.

Cons

At this point I haven't run into any drawbacks. Whenever we raise an issue through the its ticketing system, the team usually resolves it within a day. If the same issue continues more than twice, they also provide call support which has been very helpful.

Using this LMS felt very user friendly from the start and the videos along with other graphics ran flawlessly within the platform. I was especially happy with how well it tracked my progress and whenever I finished a task, it was marked complete right away.

Darius explains the material in a different way than Becker and that approach helped the concepts click for me much more clearly and made them easier to apply. Simulations were where I needed the most support and working through I-75 is what helped me finally succeed.

Even though the lessons are excellent overall, there were a few lectures, probably around three, where the recorded audio was too low, muffled or distorted.

The platform has a very simple interface so getting around it doesn't take much effort. One thing I really appreciate is being able to mark sections as Learned which helps me keep track of what I have already gone through.

Compared with the course itself, the platform felt like the weakest piece of what I bought. The team is an outstanding accounting instructor and the software really did not add much to what he already delivers so well. If there was one part that stood out in a positive way, it was the analytics built into the testing module.

A major frustration is the lack of a mobile app. There is also no practical way to extract or save the course materials for offline access or use on mobile devices. That limitation is serious enough that it nearly makes the software unusable and if I had known about these restrictions beforehand, I likely would not have purchased the course.
