“Essential M365 Learning Hub
Pros
What I love the most is the on-demand training content and it's so convenient. Also, it keeps everything updated automatically, so I never have to worry about outdated materials and their support team was amazing during implementation and strategy development.
Cons
Working with the newer version has come with some technical challenges. While the IT support team is really helpful, we still face occasional disruptions that slow things down.

“Comprehensive Business Training Solution
Pros
The support team is awesome! They genuinely care about your success and give you great help with setup, plus suggestions to improve communication and engagement. The training is easy to follow and the workflows are tailored to fit each user's skills and knowledge.
Cons
The latest version is still being developed and we've run into a few issues during the transition. They definitely listen to feedback and work on changes but it does take some time to see them implemented. Overall, the new interface is much better than the old one.

“Simple and effective micro learning
Pros
The Microsoft integration is spot on and I love how the courses feel like a "choose-your-own-adventure" experience. The tutorials and e-learning modules change based on what you pick as you go through them. Learners can easily head to their dashboard for assigned content or they can explore using search and discovery features. Support is quick to respond when issues pop up and I've noticed they often update things based on customer feedback. Our account manager has been awesome, friendly, patient and helpful.
Cons
The admin interface can get confusing with all the layers when trying to manage content, assign permissions or check visibility settings. Their licensing structure is also a pain to figure out. The way they replicate assigned users per-pack is confusing and it doesn't work well across content for active users, so you don't get the return you expect. If you give someone access to content, it consumes a license even if they never log in. There's also no way to see exactly what users are experiencing, so you have to create workarounds in some cases to mimic what they might encounter.

“Good support but not efficient
Pros
I've been using it since the old printed software card days and have watched it grow into something amazing. The training modules are engaging and make complex concepts easy to understand and apply. For M365 environments, this tool is unbeatable for driving user adoption and getting employees comfortable with new software. The latest version even has automated flows that make learning more efficient, so users can absorb info quickly. From an admin perspective, implementation and maintenance are simple. When problems arise, customer support is excellent.
Cons
The reporting could use some improvement and I'd love better training reminders and deadline enforcement that involves supervisors. I also noticed the latest version doesn't have the gamification features anymore, which is a disappointment.

“Excellent tool for staff development
Pros
I'm really impressed with how this tool handles everything automatically. Whenever there's a new product launch or new features are released, it keeps us updated with all the info we need. Finding what I'm looking for is easy and sharing links with users contacting our help desk is very smooth.
Cons
The toughest part for me is figuring out the difference between content, course items, courses, user journeys, skill paths and other similar elements. These concepts have always felt a bit confusing and complicated to navigate.

“Simple Setup but Needs Better Communication Overview
Pros
The content is always up-to-date and makes sense right away. Adjusting workflows is simple and setting up new campaigns is simple. Customer support has been fantastic throughout our entire experience.
Cons
I wish I could see what communication is scheduled instead of just what's already been sent out.

Pros
I can access training videos on pretty much any Microsoft app topic which means I get the help I need quickly and easily.
Cons
Their reporting features are somewhat limited since this isn't a full-fledged LMS which can be frustrating when you need detailed analytics. Still, it gives me enough data to track and manage our IT training programs effectively.

“Smooth Transition but Interface Takes Time to Learn
Pros
The switch from MS-Office 2016 to Office 365 was smooth thanks to this platform. The learning resources were very helpful and took a lot of the pressure off our IT team. Being able to track adoption rates and assign specific content made a huge difference for our organization. My Client Success Manager was amazing and provided great support throughout the whole process!
Cons
I had to get used to the interface at first but it wasn't too bad.

“Constant Updates but Skill Path Setup Can Be Confusing
Pros
The modules are constantly updated with new features and I love how flexible it is for creating custom learning content. Implementation was easy and the SSO integration worked without any issues.
