“Best system with excellent support

Pros

The reporting functionality makes it simple for me to access data at all levels, while the interface remains user friendly for learners. The professional look with corporate branding adds credibility and I appreciate the responsive customer support team that can adapt the software to our specific requests.

Cons

One drawback is that I can only assign courses to one group without an and/or function and there are also a few reporting glitches that can only be resolved by customer support instead of the administrator, such as removing certain entries from an individual report.

Pros

The platform isn't black and white, I always find a solution that fits my needs. It's user friendly, simple to operate, includes strong reporting functions and the training calendar makes organizing sessions smooth and efficient for us.

Cons

For me, one drawback is that I always have to assign at least one module or resource as mandatory and there are no subcategories available to organize things more efficiently. From my perspective as a user, when I book a face to face session, the calendar only shows the date and location but not the specific time, which feels like a frustrating limitation.

As an end user, I find the experience positive since it supports a mix of functionalities like mandatory training, reminders and the ability to add documents, videos and customized content. This variety helps keep my training engaging and practical.

The system requires at least one mandatory training in order for a module to exist but I would like for people to have the option to simply view information. Also, the back office design is clunky and not very visually appealing.

I value being able to pull stats on training compliance across homes and schemes while offering a wide range of both mandatory and optional training. The platform allows easy access for all staff which ensures better participation and accountability.

Cons

I feel like the calendar isn't very user friendly for us when there are a large number of courses, as they just appear in one long list. It would be much better if the courses could be separated or filtered by categories such as course name or month.
