Right from the setup phase the support around configuration was outstanding. Their team was available whenever needed, detailed in every step and quick to respond. Our assessment setup was fairly specialized and complex yet the team was proactive and delivered excellent results on time.

Cons

I haven't had a chance to customize the product yet so I can't really speak to how easy it will be to make either simple or more advanced changes.

Getting started with this software is simple and it offers a far more complete range of features than other options I've seen on the market.

Compared with most assessment and survey platforms that offer more options for A/B testing, piping, branching and similar features none of them can instantly produce a dynamic, customized report the way this one can! The reporting capabilities are really the part that makes it stand out.

Cons

The interface feels a little outdated and could definitely use a refresh. It's also packed with features which makes the 'getting used to' part more difficult at first. However it becomes much more manageable once you understand how everything works.

Starting off felt a bit intimidating since I'm not very techsavvy but the customer service team was incredibly responsive and helpful throughout the process. They took the time to support me through several emails and Zoom calls until I was fully up and running.

Cons

It offers more functions than I currently need but that also means there's plenty of space to grow into it as my business expands which is something I'm really excited about.

Everything can be customized from the reports and assessment format to the portal and even the emails sent to people taking the assessment. That level of flexibility really helps create strong and consistent branding.

Getting started with the merge strings for pulling data into reports was a bit challenging at first but once I understood how the Merge Manager works the process became much easier.

Customized reports are available for a wide range of assessments and they do a really good job of tracking data over time and across the entire organization.

Building reports involved quite a bit of trial and error. It's easy when you only need basic reporting but I wanted more advanced customization so it took some time to get everything set up. That said the help section includes the guidance needed to put together a strong report.

Right from the start this platform fit what we needed for a very specific program assessment without stretching our limited budget. It was affordable, highly versatile, completely configurable and the support we received throughout the entire process was outstanding.

Cons

Once I got deeper into building out the assessment the help and support pages didn't go far enough for the more complex parts. I ended up needing quite a bit of additional, specific assistance although that support was provided quickly and efficiently.

From the support side to the actual functions this platform has been outstanding. The client service is some of the best I've dealt with in any software I've used and the feature rich setup lets me manage my assessment business from start to finish without needing much additional staff. On top of that the balance between what it can do and what it costs makes it an exceptional value.

A few features I'd like to have are still missing but that hasn't prevented me from building what I need at this point.

Running a national management consulting and training firm focused on cross cultural healthcare means we work with large hospital systems so we needed a platform that could handle a very specific and sophisticated use case. One hospital client wanted to assess their clinicians (physicians, nurses, APPs and others) on their clinical competence in delivering cross cultural care to a wide range of nontraditional patient populations. Just as important they wanted each provider to receive an individualized feedback report within minutes of finishing the survey. We evaluated several online assessment, reporting and feedback platforms and none of them matched the methodological strength and overall sophistication of THIS platform. We used it to build and deliver the survey by email, gather and report the results and automatically send personalized feedback reports to providers in about two minutes after completion. Their team was also excellent to work with. They took the time to understand exactly what we needed and collaborated closely with both us and our client whenever issues came up. Because our audience was made up of busy medical professionals the process had to work efficiently and reliably from beginning to end. And it did thanks to this software! It helped us deliver well for a prestigious hospital client and it also reflected positively on the hospital administration with their providers.

Cons

Honestly we had very few concerns with the software. A few of the reporting components tied to multiple-choice questions were not quite as powerful as we initially hoped but we were able to create workarounds quickly and I believe Brilliant Assessments has since addressed those limitations.

Pros

Getting started didn't take much time which was a big plus. It's also simple to customize with your own branding and corporate identity so it doesn't feel too generic. The online chat support was quick to respond and clearly knew what they were talking about and a short Zoom meeting helped clear up a few extra questions as well. On top of that, the pricing feels like good value especially if you're just getting started.

Cons

There are a couple of small quirks here and there but nothing major. The only part that felt a bit confusing was having to add a section before being able to add questions.

This works well for what I need in a call to action assessment tool and Rep has been great about guiding me through questions and issues while I was building it.

Cons

Building the tool isn't very flexible and even after going through the intro videos I still needed Rep's help to get things set up. Thankfully working with him was a pleasure and I really appreciated his patience and support.

Right from the start it feels simple and easy to use. Once you really get the hang of how it works it opens up a lot more possibilities and gives you the freedom to build out your own approaches.

Cons

Putting reports together was a bit tricky and creating a style that really feels developed takes time. Still once it's all finished the effort definitely feels worth it.

The software has felt accessible and easy to usefrom the beginning. It gave us a solution that was a bit outside the box which ended up fitting our needs really well. It helped us get the results we were after without any trouble and the output format made it much easier to analyze our data compared to the system we were using before.

It is incredibly flexible for our needs which has made it possible for us to customize the platform according to our business. That flexibility has helped ProHIPAA deliver more value by offering several unique assessments to our customers. The weighted reporting tools are also a big plus especially because they let us build multi colored reports that our customers really appreciate.

Cons

Getting fully comfortable with the software did take our team a while since there was some difficulty in understanding how everything worked. After we got familiar with the way the platform was built though, it became much easier for us to create our own custom Risk Assessments.

Its flexibility made it possible for us to build an automated customer engagement tool that saved us a lot of time over the long term, helped our website stand out and supported lead generation.

Testing and refining the customer experience took quite a bit of trial and error and having a real time visual of the customer report while editing would be a really helpful addition.
