Dependable Support

Pros

Our field teams like how simple BuildWitt is to navigate, letting them access videos during rain delays or breaks without any issue. On the admin side, tracking could improve but our customer service manager has been outstanding, always quick to help and resolve issues. Having that dependable support gave us peace of mind and convinced us to add 50 more subscriptions.

Cons

It would be very helpful to have the ability to click on each employee and see a percentage of their completion, resend password links if necessary, or view individual learning stats. Right now the mass export includes too much jumbled data and is confusing. I think it would also be nice to receive email notifications when an employee completes an entire learning plan and to have a completion certificate or transcript that could be uploaded into employee files for better tracking and proof.

Continuous Employee Learning

Pros

I value how the training library is consistently updated, offering new videos and plenty of content that ensures continuous engagement and learning for employees

Cons

I think navigating the app becomes difficult when large changes are made, as it's not always clear or smooth to adjust and adapt to the updates.

Effective tool for my team

Pros

For me the content is updated often and remains relevant, making it excellent for supplemental training across different levels. The featured talent feels relatable and I feel confident this product adds real value for my employees.

Cons

It's harder than it should be to sign up and register users and I would prefer to have the option to register them directly from the admin side. While support has been great, this process remains a challenge and slows things down unnecessarily.

All in One Access

Pros

Everything in the program aligns well with our needs and the customer service has been excellent. The convenience of accessing everything in one place has been a major advantage for us.

Cons

For me the notifications for assignments are unreliable, sometimes working and other times not appearing for weeks, even though the assignments are there. Additionally, the same training videos get reassigned multiple times even after they've been completed which creates confusion.

Wide Training Topics

Pros

I have found the ease of use, wide range of training topics and the expertise of those presenting the material make the experience effective and worthwhile for learners at all levels.

Cons

Some employees of our team, especially those using iPhones, found signing up a little challenging which shows that the process could be made simpler and more consistent across devices.

Flexible and Useful

Pros

The platform comes with a great library of pre loaded content while also allowing me to create and add my own customized material. This balance makes it both flexible and great.

Cons

I would like to have better visibility into what I've assigned and what I haven't to certain groups or users, though this might just be an issue of not knowing exactly where to look in the system.

Engaging Features

Pros

Fits my needs!

Pros

BuildWitt Training has become an essential tool that I use daily, giving me the freedom to build and customize content while still providing access to a large library of high quality information. Seeing my team fully engaged has been rewarding and it has helped strengthen our culture significantly.

Cons

There really isn't anything I strongly dislike and any concern I've had is already being worked on or addressed in updates. They are clearly committed to making improvements continuously.

Supportive Company Culture

Pros

The overall quality of the content I noticed, is excellent, engaging, easy to watch and listen to. I also appreciate that the company genuinely cares about our success, frequently adding new features and updates that make the experience even better.

Cons

At the moment there are maybe a few small issues but to be honest whenever we bring something up they either fix it quickly or are already working on it which shows a strong willingness to improve.
