The mentors really helped our 8th grader out during the pandemic, making a huge difference for so many students. I love how they made learning fun with personalized videos. The app is easy to use and the customer support is amazing.

The interface isn't the easiest to use and it can get pretty confusing to navigate. Also, there's a lack of subjects offered in Urdu which is a big problem for some students. The scheduling could be better for school kids and classes should really start after 7 pm to fit their schedules.

“Completely disappointing and frustrating

Honestly, I can't say anything good about this experience. Even though I paid for the foundation program, they still haven't placed my daughter in a class after waiting a month. The service has been awful.

Service has been horrible. There's zero transparency, no communication and it feels like nothing but empty promises. Honestly, there's nothing good about this experience. It's just been disappointing and frustrating.

Their pricing is pretty high especially if you're looking for competitive exam prep. Some of the instructors seem a bit inexperienced and they just skim through the important stuff instead of diving deep. The content really needs an update to include more current material and modern approaches.

I've been using it for a while now and what stands out is how easy it is to use. They're one of the pioneers in online education here in India and they've done a great job of making learning materials accessible for everything from competitive exam prep to regular school subjects. I'm constantly getting spammed with emails and they're always pushing me to buy more courses or subscriptions. Some of the courses are priced way too high as well.

Pros

I'm really grateful for how this platform has changed online learning in India. The teachers are top-notch and the content is always up-to-date. What really helps me is the online videos and they get straight to the point and make complex topics easier to understand. The self-assessment papers help me track my progress. They not only prepare you for government competitions but also cover other entrance exams. The MCQs are a perfect mix of current affairs and core knowledge which is exactly what I need for my studies.

Cons

It mostly focuses on English content and there's not much material in Hindi. It's also mainly geared towards UPSC prep and state PCS exams don't get much attention. Honestly, I think they should focus more on offering a wider range of content for all exam types rather than spending money on sponsoring the Indian cricket team. The main content for various papers is either missing or just not up to par.

I feel like the educational content is well-rounded and covers different teaching levels effectively. What really impresses me is their focus on user feedback and they actually want to hear from us and improve the service. It's so refreshing to see a company that values what its users think.

I had a meeting with one of their representatives who claimed to be a teacher but they couldn't even spell basic words like "arrangement" and "month" correctly. It makes me question their hiring standards. How can someone who calls themselves a teacher have such poor spelling? The salesperson was also terrible at following up and never answered our calls when we needed to discuss things. This kind of unprofessional approach really reflects badly on the company.
