“Excellent user experience”
Pros
For me, the user experience has been excellent. It's simple to deploy, manage and scale for online use. I like how microlearning is supported and I can choose whether to share content publicly or privately. Accessing it is flexible too since I can use the app on iOS android, or just a browser and organizations can even rebrand it.
Cons
From my perspective as both a user and an admin, the platform feels complete and I don't have anything negative to point out.
