Having fee payments, receipts, the learning management system and progress reports all together in one portal is really convenient. I can check everything at a glance. It also includes attendance sheets and shows reports for the current month as well as the current semester including the exact day and time I was absent. On top of that it sends notifications for circulars from the university management and has an academic calendar that clearly displays working days and holidays.

Cons

Only inconvenience is that downloading subject modules takes you to a different page instead of letting you do it directly there.

One of the best things about it is how much time it saves. Taking attendance, checking attendance percentages and viewing my progress reports for the course are all readily accessible and convenient to use.

The downside is that I have to reach out to the team every time I need guidance.

An area that feels too complicated is staff leave management. When faculty apply for leave the system shows their schedule for that date and requires them to complete a proper alternate arrangement first. Only after that does the form move to the leave approval committee.

Interface could be more user friendly and updates or improvements would be better if they were rolled out more quickly.

It's very simple to understand and use, has strong data security, excellent analysis and reporting capabilities.

There's really nothing to complain about. Once we got connected we were very happy with the work they delivered.

Packed with functions and still very simple to use with excellent availability. The mobile apps are also really good.

Has only a few reports available and some of the business processes feel a bit generic but apart from that the feature set is hard to beat.
