“Nice platform for online courses”

Pros

Switching my Yoga and Mindfulness courses from in person to online happened very quickly and this platform made that transition much easier. It's very simple to use, the design is really beautiful and polished and the pricing is quite affordable. Being able to keep delivering my courses during the pandemic was incredibly important and this has helped me do exactly that. The support team has also been very responsive and helpful whenever I've reached out by phone or email.

Cons

Something that could make it even better would be support for more languages. It already includes Danish which is useful but I also work with Swedish clients and that language is not available yet. That said I understand they are continuing to add more languages over time. I do appreciate that it works a bit like Facebook where each individual user can control their own language settings instead of that being managed only by the administrator.

“Has a polished design”

Pros

Coming in with very little experience building and launching virtual courses the platform felt friendly and flexible right away. On top of that their team gave us consistent support whenever questions came up during the process. From the learners side the course design quality is also worth highlighting (has a polished look and feel that stands out)

Cons

At the beginning we needed a way to provide proof that the course had been completed and that feature was still in the process of being enabled.

Starting off with it is very simple for beginners even without a technical background. It also comes with plenty of useful social features that when used well, can really boost engagement and add a lot of value.

Cons

Sometimes the platform feels so simple to use that it seems to be missing some of the more advanced features that would be helpful to have.

Pros

Getting things built on this platform was very easy. Everyone on our team picked it up quickly and was able to use it without much trouble which helped us get to market faster. Also the onboading team was great!!

Cons

The tradeoff with how simple it is to use is that some parts of the course and platform can't really be customized. Because of that every unit ends up following the same structure and in some areas (especially with the growing demand for digital learning) we wanted more flexibility to make the experience more engaging or easier for participants to follow.

Pros

The platform feels very user friendly with an accessible layout that makes it simple to figure out. Its visually appealing design is especially helpful for visual learners. I also really appreciated the passionate well informed team behind it who seem to genuinely care about making education more accessible, affordable and human centered in a rapidly changing world.

Cons

At the same time distance learning can feel quite isolating. In underserved communities exponential technology may also come across as unfamiliar or alien. Learning new concepts online can sometimes leave people more exposed to bullying or misleading information. I was really hoping for more interaction with others on the platform especially since support for these topics was limited in my region. During my time using it there was little to no real human connection likely because the platform was still in its early stages. The pandemic created plenty of challenges as well though the continued updates should help address many of these gaps.

As a teacher this platform works really well because the course creation process feels flexible and user friendly so the time spent designing lessons is used efficiently.

Cons

It would be even more useful if learners could download a certificate each time they complete a course.

Pros

Using this felt very easy right away. It was simple to figure out, build engaging training experiences for end users and approach training from a fresh perspective. The AI features also made my work as a facilitator much easier.

Cons

I've heard it is rolling out new dashboards and I'm really excited to see those. Otherwise I have no cons to mention.

The platform feels very user oriented making it easier not only to create content but also to improve the overall user experience.

Cons

The exercise tags still need further development so there are more options available.

Pros

Collaboration works really well and the customer service team has been great! The onboarding support was also very helpful throughout the setup process.

Cons

The only challenge was getting users onboarded to a new platform which wasn't a software specific problem but more of a general change management hurdle.
