Everything about the app delights me, the user experience is so easy thanks to an outstanding interface design, the features keep getting richer and more effective, updates go live quickly and the back office and customer support are all top-notch.

I don't have any complaints right now and I'm honestly impressed by how quickly they release new versions that keep shipping additional features.

We really value being able to continuously train our staff using this toolbecause even though we still run in-person training sessions regularly, we rely on it afterwards to track progress and confirm that each team member has genuinely understood the material which brings us peace of mind.

One thing I found a bit frustrating was the way the AI credit balance resets to zero at the start of every month but after discussing it with the support and operations teams we identified a practical workaround and now I'm completely satisfied with how it's handled.

One of the things I appreciate most is how this tool let me neatly organize and summarize our internal trainings because they combine an interactive format with quizzes and other assessments that actually engage people, on top of that, I value the option to use AI to generate content, the easy publishing and team-sharing process, the ability to track employee progress and a customer support team that's constantly available and genuinely attentive.

I've been passing along my suggestions to the teams as issues came up and in every case they either fixed or revised what I reported, so for the moment I haven't come across any real downsides, I'll keep monitoring but right now I can't point to anything that feels like a drawback.

Beyond actually delivering on its micro-learning promise, I've noticed that it keeps improving constantly and regularly reveals attractive new features month after month which feels reassuring as a user, for example, they recently introduced AI tools to help with creating content and transcribing training sessions and that change alone has sped up how I produce material. I also appreciate the teams daily commitment to finding new solutions for customer needs which shows in the pace of updates. For me this tool is very easy to use whether I'm a trainer creating courses or an employee learning on the go and I find it especially handy for field teams who aren't always comfortable with computers or even their phones.

I'm aware that it is still a young company trying to grow and while that can present some small inconveniences, I don't see it as a major problem because the application itself is expanding alongside the business and adapts quickly to new clients and emerging needs, in my experience the platform's responsiveness means issues are addressed fast. I can point to recent additions like Microsoft SSO and the Teams integration that arrived during the year as concrete examples of how the product is catching up with customer expectations.

Pros

I find it extremely simple to use and it can be deployed very quickly, making it perfectly reachable for digital project managers, educational leads and PMs who aim to put together a MOOC, a short micro-course or an onboarding program, you won't need any prior technological expertise provided you know the basics of Word and I'm excited to try the AI magic it offers.

I think it is really only suitable for micro-training formats and isn't a good fit for full-scale e-learning programs.

What I appreciate most is the ability to manage learning content extremely easily, the platform guides you well and speeds things up so there's no need to waste hours configuring everything and on top of that the recent update with integrated AI has been an incredible time-saver (and consequently a real money-saver) for me.

Some integrations are still missing but from what I've heard they are currently being rolled out, so I expect this won't be an issue for very long.

Using the AI-assisted creation saved me a lot of time, since the topic of sales training fits it particularly well, another advantage is that I can establish learning routines ("to teach is to repeat") which really help with assimilation.

I would have really appreciated having a wider selection of assets, icons, images and similar resources, so I could better customize my training materials.

Okay so....using this platform, I find it to be a very simple and easy-to-use tool for users at all levels which genuinely makes training sessions more pleasant, goodbye to the dull PowerPoint decks that hardly anyone reads anymore! As a trainer I can build much more digestible lessons, weave in text, embed videos and images and keep track of learners' progress. Trainees themselves can take the modules on their computer or phone whenever it's most convenient for them and they seem to retain the information significantly better.

Cons

One limitation I've noticed is that it doesn't let me create diagrams directly within the app or craft cards with a more polished, design-forward look (even though I can add emojis and change colors). If I want to include schematics or flowcharts I need to design them elsewhere and import them as images which isn't impossible but does force an extra step in my workflow and can feel a bit tough when I'm trying to move quickly.

I find the platform remarkably easy for administrators to manage and because end users pick it up quickly, the combination of hands-on usability and responsive support and guidance makes this tool the ideal, efficient micro-learning solution to actively support learning.

The variety of card formats lets me build lively modules during which key concepts are handled easily. The microlearning approach is realized perfectly with this tool (and is truly usable!) and I find the ease of use astonishing because the demos can sometimes seem a bit too "perfect," yet with this platform I managed to put together courses in mere minutes on several occasions. Obviously the content itself takes the most time to design but the platform makes it easy to elevate that material very quickly and effortlessly.

Most of what I needed was already available when I started and I've been impressed by the frequent additions of features which reflect a strong team working behind the scenes to keep the admin and learner experience easy. If someday there were a way, particularly for public courses, to schedule automatic social media posts encouraging people to take or sign up for a course, I honestly think that would push the platform's simplicity to an extreme level.

Being able to have all that information right in the palm of my hand on my phone is an incredible advantage because the tool extends my hand, the app on my phone extends the teaching act and to some extent, my memory as well, since I literally have information at my fingertips. I know those facts will only become real knowledge once I assimilate them by connecting them with the understanding I've built up previously.

That said, you do need a bit of hands-on experience managing a blog to build a program, though I quickly caught on to the process because it's very simple and after a short while I felt comfortable with how it works.

What I liked most about this tool is how effortless it makes creating content, the interface is incredibly simple and I can use it just as smoothly on my mobile device.

One drawback I noticed is that the interface is limited to English and French which does cover many use cases but I would really appreciate additional language options like Italian, Spanish, or Chinese being added.

For me putting together training courses is incredibly easy. I don't need any special expertise to get started and on the technical side it's outrageously easy to use!

I have to plan the course thoroughly before I begin building it otherwise because it's so simple to create content, I often find myself tempted to include way more than is necessary which can be overwhelming.
