“excellent course catalogue value”
Pros
One of the best parts of the platform is its fantastic course catalogue which offers excellent value for money compared with buying standalone courses directly from vendors. The support and onboarding have also been excellent and getting our company set up on the platform was convenient. The UI gives me clear visibility into how my team is using it and it's also very easy for users to navigate.
Cons
My biggest drawback is that it doesn't integrate with Azure AD so I can't automatically scale licences through a user group or take advantage of SSO.

“well-structured training that delivers”
Pros
Getting up to speed in IT is much faster with this platform because it covers a wide range of topics in an efficient way. The courses are organized really well and the instructors do a good job of keeping the material engaging throughout the training.
Cons
At times, certain topics are explained at a more high-level overview than I need. It does not happen very often but when it does, I usually end up buying a book so I can dig into the details more deeply.

“Effective study support with basic analogies”
Pros
It's nice that the platform does more than just provide videos and also comes with study support like note cards and practice exams. That makes a big difference especially in sections that introduce unfamiliar concepts and vocabulary. I can turn those into flashcards and go back over them later which helps a lot with retention. The practice exams are also useful because they give me a better sense of what the real test will feel like. Getting everything set up in the beginning was very easy too.
Cons
A few of the analogies felt overly simplified to the point that they watered down the material. Explanations like comparing concepts to a car stop sign or blinker didn't really work for me. I would have rather been given the technical details upfront instead of having the content broken down that much.

“Good for beginners”
Pros
For beginner and intermediate training, it's excellent and provides top-quality content.
Cons
People often transition from CBT Nuggets to INE or other advanced training platforms because INE doesn't offer training for expert certifications.
