“Versatile product”

Pros

Its great how versatile it is especially the ability to save different versions of a certificate before publishing.

Cons

It would be even more helpful if there were a way to upload names in batches for different certificates.

“Batch certificate creation saves time”

Pros

Creating certificates in bulk instead of one by one has been a huge time-saver for us. It's also nice being able to customize the graphics and sending out certificates in batches is very simple. Overall, the app is user-friendly and delivers exactly the results we need. Getting started was fairly simple and support was available through chat to guide me through my first certificate and answer every question I had.

Cons

At this point, I don't have any complaints.

There's a really nice selection of certificate templates and they look polished and professional. The platform is simple to use so pretty much anyone can get comfortable with it quickly. Setting it up and connecting it with other software is simple as well. I end up using it often for online events, hackathons and similar programs. On top of that, their support team responds fast and is genuinely helpful whenever needed.

Cons

The certificate editor could be more fluid since there's a noticeable lag before updates show up. Another issue is that certificate emails occasionally land in users' spam folders.

Creating new certificates is simple and making changes to existing ones is just as easy.

I ran into a bit of trouble when trying to link groups to Zapier by group name but using the unique group code worked as a workaround.

Setting up a group and creating a certificate is really simple. Nothing complicated at all.

Cons

The Professional plan feels pretty expensive for what it costs.

The pricing setup works really well for occasional use and the team has been very quick to respond whenever needed.

One thing that could make it even better would be a pay-per-LinkedIn-badge option with unlimited groups and similar features, where you only pay for the badges you actually publish.

After spending more time with it, it's proven to be excellent and highly customizable.

Cons

It could use a bit more design flexibility in the badge category.

“Supportive for small nonprofits”

Pros

As a small nonprofit, we've really appreciated how understanding their team has been about our situation and how willing they are to work with us based on what we actually need.

Cons

They also seem open to letting us expand the number of designs and certificates which would be really helpful for us. I don't have any complaints.
