It's a very good platform to interact with mentors and learn new skills. I would recommend everyone give it a try for upskilling opportunities.

Pros

The user interface is simple and easy to navigate for both mentors and mentees. I also love the built in messaging, scheduling and video conferencing tools that make communication easy.

Cons

Integrating this tool with other systems can be tricky and I've run into some challenges connecting it with HR and LMS platforms.

Pros

Navigating the platform was simple and I found lots of leads for the next steps. I also liked how a few clicks gave me all the information about my potential mentor, plus the Outlook integration made things easy.

Cons

I noticed that the reply tab in Outlook doesn't take me directly to the Chronus mentoring page.

I find this tool very user friendly with a simple, interactive platform. It makes connecting and learning effortless which I really enjoy.

Sometimes it takes too many clicks to reach the pages I want which can be frustrating.
