What I really appreciate is the collaborative atmosphere. Team members openly share knowledge, help each other out and put real emphasis on continuous learning.

There are no major concerns on my end. If anything could be improved, I'd say the sessions could be a bit more interactive, with more time set aside for questions and practical examples.
