“Reliable funds reporting partner”

Pros

After more than four years of using this software it has remained consistently user friendly while delivering real time, advanced fund administration services. Since many of our clients use it as well the audit process becomes much more manageable because the data is already available for us to use in our procedures and in forming the final audit opinion. It's honestly one of the best if not the best software options you can rely on for fund management and reporting.

Cons

Honestly nothing major comes to mind. If there's one area where it could still improve it would be making integration simpler with other related service providers such as external actuaries and newer audit software platforms.

“classroom tools that keep students engaged”

Pros

Setting up my classroom is very easy and students can follow everything without much confusion. I'm able to take attendance, message students one on one or as a group and use different check in tools and emojis to see how well they're keeping up with the lesson.

Cons

The visuals can be glitchy at times. Images sometimes overlap each other, students can have trouble connecting and links do not always function properly. Screen sharing can be unreliable as well.

“versatile tools for language classes”

Pros

Right away this platform feels built to manage language learning well. It offers a wide range of functions, plenty of class options and lots of student materials which makes organizing lessons much more practical. The interface is also very accessible so there is no need to waste time struggling to locate a class or find specific content.

Cons

One issue that stood out to me is how the demo only allows 1 hour of class time per day. Even though the trial lasts a month that limit does not feel enough for properly testing the app. It would make more sense to allow a bit more time and the price should also be reduced to make the platform more accessible.

Pros

The reporting and finance features are really solid and handling payments along with tracking produced and sold activity is very simple.

Cons

It does have a somewhat quirky way of working and isn't particularly flexible. It's also not the best fit for dealing directly with customers right now but if most of your business comes through agents it works fine.

Pros

It truly works as an integrated platform connecting every part of our language school operation (enrolments, academics, accommodation and finance) so you get a full picture of how the business is running.

Cons

The earlier versions felt pretty buggy but the newer web based version has fixed many of those problems.

“Dashboard Widgets Save Time”

Pros

Editing and creating documents has been a really positive experience. Working with merge fields feels a bit different than before but it's still very user friendly especially now that there's a search option. Being able to quickly locate exactly what I need saves me a lot of time. Another feature I really appreciate is the option to add widgets to the dashboard or homepage. They make it possible to check arrivals and departures at a glance including unarranged accommodation transfers and classing. It's also helpful that these widgets can be customized for different date ranges whether that's just today or the next 30 days.

Cons

Adjusting to the new layout has taken a little time but that's mostly because I'm used to the old way of doing things and change can feel a bit intimidating at first.
