As an L&D specialist, I really value the course creation and management tools. They keep employees motivated with gamification features while also encouraging team communication through the news feed and task options.

Cons

The reporting and analytics could be more flexible to fit different training needs.

“Simple onboarding management

Pros

Managing onboarding content feels effortless with CleverLMS. I can upload, edit and organize training materials quickly, while employees receive updates right away. I also like having our own branded mobile app and the gift store feature which motivates employees to perform even better.

Cons

A couple of times we faced minor glitches like slow loading or errors but support resolved them within hours.

“Perfect for API Integration

Pros

When I think about implementation, I was impressed by how smooth it was. The single sign on feature worked like magic and we integrated everything faster than planned. I truly appreciate the CleverLMS team's attention to detail and speed.

Cons

So far, it works well but I'd like to see more languages added for international partners.
