More than anything, the support team has been the standout for me. Whenever I have a question they're incredibly helpful and reply quickly which I really value. Honestly it's the best support I've come across.

Cons

At this point I really don't have anything negative to say about the product. I'm completely new to website design and this has still been very manageable for me thanks to the excellent design and the strong support they give their customers.

Pros

As an early customer I've had a really positive experience with them. Their customer service has been excellent, the platform is simple to figure out and the recent upgrade made it even better.

Cons

I don't have any complaints. They do a terrific job and if any questions come up you can always give them a call for help.

The customer service has been phenomenal, responses come back very quickly and the team is always helpful whenever I need assistance!

Cons

There isn't much to complain about but I just wish the reporting features were a bit more sophisticated.
