“Smooth Group Accountability and Progress Tracking
Pros
I find the accountability features excellent, as group members can check in weekly while I monitor progress. The journal allows for flexible communication, files can be uploaded and I can share modules individually or with groups which makes managing different coaching needs very smooth.
Cons
I would have preferred a daily check in option since the system currently allows only weekly check ins and I wish I could comment on the �check in� page for group members even when no check in has occurred, as a way to motivate and hold them accountable.

“Responsive Support with Continuous Improvements
Pros
The support is amazing for me, they are always responsive, professional and helpful. I also appreciate the continuous addition of new features that benefit students and make my coaching services more attractive.
Cons
For me, it's a little difficult to keep track of my modules, though I understand why it's structured this way and recognize that for some users it's perfectly reasonable.

“Simple Setup for Stress Free Group Management
Pros
I really appreciate the simplicity of this tool. For me, it makes a huge difference because not everyone is tech savvy and I can set up a group in about 10 minutes without any stress which saves me a lot of time and keeps everything organized efficiently.
Cons
Right now, I find the inability to change the frequency of check ins limiting, especially for programs that don't require weekly updates.

“Balanced Features with Clear Client Tracking
Pros
There are countless training platforms but for me, this tool strikes the perfect balance with just the right features. I love the clear structure for laying out training materials and sharing them with clients and the Activity page is especially useful to track what clients are doing, who needs help and who isn't engaging which helps me support them effectively even between sessions.
Cons
At the moment, I can't use PayPal for payments which is how I normally take payments but I've submitted a request hoping it will be added in the future.
