“Simple Setup with Great Support
Pros
Coaching Genie was simple for me to set up, and my students and clients find it equally easy to use. I especially love duplicating lessons and modules across multiple courses and customizing the platform with my own brand. Also the shopping cart setup is easy and customer service has been amazing throughout.
Cons
It's difficult for me to come up with anything negative about this tool, as it really meets all my needs.

I think it's simple to set up which is perfect for non tech savvy users who just want a simple platform that doesn't take much effort to learn and it makes the whole process smooth from the very start.
Cons
I think the course structuring, like adding lessons under each module, could be improved but I found a workaround that works well for me, so it hasn't been a major problem.

For a coach managing multiple clients, this tool is essential because without it, trying to scale, grow and manage time effectively can quickly become overwhelming, making it much harder to stay organized.

I mostly use it for my 1:1 clients to store call recordings, upload worksheets and track progress. For group coaching, I love the accountability features and the ability to comment on homework or allow participants to comment on each other's journals while keeping privacy options flexible.
Cons
I wouldn't use it if group member interaction was the main priority in a course, as I'd probably rely on a social media platform for that aspect.

My experience so far has been really nice since I enjoy the ease of use and custom delivery features of this tool. I can add coaching and training materials in minutes without needing any outside experience and I love that I can deliver a course to an individual client immediately if they progress faster than others. The customer support is impressive, always quick to respond and the development team regularly rolls out new features based on feedback, plus the knowledge base is extensive and very helpful.

I like how easily I can switch from one-on-one to group coaching. For me, it's reassuring to stay on a platform I already know and trust, with no steep learning curve when I'm ready to scale.
Cons
This tool doesn't include a webpage builder or CRM, nor does it integrate with Zapier but for me, it's not a major issue since I already use my preferred systems.

Till now, I've enjoyed working closely with my clients and this platform lets me connect with them between sessions. I can read their journals and give feedback directly which makes me feel more connected and adds real value to my coaching.
Cons
There are some limits on how many clients I can manage at a time without upgrading but I appreciate that archiving past clients allows me to onboard new clients without extra cost.
