“Smooth experience with no issues

This is such a fun tool! It's great for challenging your colleagues to see who's the best at spotting phishing emails.

Cons

Honestly... I have not found any cons so far. Everything's been smooth for me!

“Easy to use but slow with bulk searches

interface is super easy to use and it integrates smoothly with third-party threat intelligence tools for incident triage and response. I love that I can respond to reporters with just a few clicks and the bulk response options are a nice touch.

Pros

Phishing emails keep evolving and sometimes the first line of email scanners misses them. That's where Cofense steps in... it adds another layer of security by scanning emails again to catch the malicious ones that slip through the initial filters.

Cons

it seems to be going through some growing pains. We've had a few hours of scanner downtime when their servers got overloaded, plus some training emails that didn't send and alerts/reports just stopped working for no reason.

Pros

It actually raises awareness about cybersecurity in general, not just phishing risks. It's hard to replicate this kind of experience elsewhere and it's definitely eye-opening!

Cons

No major complaints but I did run into one issue when migrating between email client versions. I had to reinstall the client to get everything working properly.

Pros

Setting it up was very easy and the customizable templates let me create hundreds of scenarios to help educate my team on cybersecurity. The reporting features are great, too... they let us track progress and focus more on those who need further education.

It would be awesome if it integrated with their LMS platform to automate training assignments for those who click on phishing emails.

I really liked using this to teach my staff how to spot phishing emails. It does so much more than just phishing simulations. It has tons of useful features for teaching security.

It's a bit pricey if you are a small company and don't send out a lot of emails. It's really more for larger businesses with a lot of employees.

super easy to use but I do feel like it might be a bit overpriced. Unless your company is mid-to-large-sized, small businesses might need to focus on other expenses before splurging on a PhishMe Simulator license.
