So far, I have enjoyed the delivery of this platform from start to finish. For me, the implementation and training were outstanding, making it easy to adopt the system effectively and integrate it smoothly into our workflow.

Cons
As with any onboarding program, I found that getting the information set up correctly at the start was time consuming but it's something I expected.

The best part for me is the support from this tool. I find it caring, timely and accurate which is invaluable when configuring the highly adaptable system. The team feels like an extension of my HR department and has consistently provided expert help from initial setup to ongoing support over the years.
Cons
The main area I'd love to see improved is the Social page, I wanted a weekly digest to go to all users, not just those named which would increase engagement and keep this tool front of mind.

The system is very user friendly for end users and for me, the combination of functional capabilities and responsive customer/IT support ensures that any additional requirements are quickly met, making our daily operations easy.
Cons
It's slightly complicated for me to quickly update all employee data when roles change and I notice the site speed is slower from Europe but IT support is addressing this and it's improving steadily.

One thing I find extremely useful is how helpful the tool is for our onboarding processes. For me, the platform saves a huge amount of time while keeping everything organized which allows our HR team to focus on other important tasks.

Overall, I'm very happy with the system, though I find some areas a bit clunky at first, after completing the advanced training, everything makes much more sense.

The setup and customization of the software for our organization was smooth and I personally found the customer care epresentatives extremely helpful. For me, being able to make quick changes as an administrator and resolve user issues easily made rolling it out across the whole organization much more efficient.

We experienced some initial problems setting up the system but these were considered and often addressed in subsequent upgrades which I appreciate.

There's not too much that I dislike and any issue I've raised has typically been fixed quickly. I was among the first to use the onboarding features and naturally, there were some minor hiccups to work through at the start.
