Outstanding Implementation and Training Experience

Pros

So far, I have enjoyed the delivery of this platform from start to finish. For me, the implementation and training were outstanding, making it easy to adopt the system effectively and integrate it smoothly into our workflow.

Cons

Nothing comes to mind as a downside right now, though I'm sure as I continue to use the system, I may encounter minor cons.

Easy Setup & Support

Pros

I like how easy the setup is and the flexibility to customize onboarding information. For me, the fantastic customer support further increases the experience, making implementation easy.

Cons

As with any onboarding program, I found that getting the information set up correctly at the start was time consuming but it's something I expected.

Highly Customizable with Outstanding Support

Pros

I value the system's customizability to meet different business needs. For me, having responsive support that exceeds expectations ensures any issues are resolved quickly, allowing the platform to function smoothly in daily operations.

Cons

For me, the system felt a little tricky to navigate at first because of all the admin features and customisation options and sometimes it isn't the most simple to find things.

Caring and Timely Expert Assistance

Pros

The best part for me is the support from this tool. I find it caring, timely and accurate which is invaluable when configuring the highly adaptable system. The team feels like an extension of my HR department and has consistently provided expert help from initial setup to ongoing support over the years.

Cons

The main area I'd love to see improved is the Social page, I wanted a weekly digest to go to all users, not just those named which would increase engagement and keep this tool front of mind.

Responsive Customer Support

Pros

The system is very user friendly for end users and for me, the combination of functional capabilities and responsive customer/IT support ensures that any additional requirements are quickly met, making our daily operations easy.

Cons

It's slightly complicated for me to quickly update all employee data when roles change and I notice the site speed is slower from Europe but IT support is addressing this and it's improving steadily.

Efficient Platform for Simplified Onboarding

Pros

One thing I find extremely useful is how helpful the tool is for our onboarding processes. For me, the platform saves a huge amount of time while keeping everything organized which allows our HR team to focus on other important tasks.

Cons

Overall, I'm very happy with the system, though I find some areas a bit clunky at first, after completing the advanced training, everything makes much more sense.

User Friendly Design with Simple Integration

Pros

For me, it is extremely user friendly and easy to navigate. I think, the way it integrates with other systems while providing interactive opportunities for teams to communicate, makes it a versatile tool and the uncluttered interface allows me to customize it as we grow without feeling confused.

Cons

Any features I thought could be improved or missing were adjusted to my requirements prior to launching, so I had no major issues there.

Smooth Setup with Helpful Support Team

Pros

The setup and customization of the software for our organization was smooth and I personally found the customer care epresentatives extremely helpful. For me, being able to make quick changes as an administrator and resolve user issues easily made rolling it out across the whole organization much more efficient.

Cons

We experienced some initial problems setting up the system but these were considered and often addressed in subsequent upgrades which I appreciate.

A valuable thing is the detail this software provides for both users and administrators. For me, setting up 360 assessments is impressive because I can track progress, send follow ups, view real time dashboard reports and generate detailed insights that highlight key strengths and development areas for each participant.

Cons

For me, the huge amount of detail the software provides can sometimes feel confusing and I find following the home page steps easier than navigating the side tabs.

Simple HR Management

Pros

What I enjoy most is the system's simplicity. For me, automated emails, easy to read reports and a centralized communication hub between managers, employees and contributors make managing HR tasks easy and having a proactive HR Relationship Manager adds great support.

Pros

Centralized Storage for Performance Conversations

Pros

What I appreciate most is that all details of performance conversations between employees and managers are stored in one place. For me, this ensures nothing is lost if someone leaves, allows easy review and feedback and keeps everyone on track with reminders and notifications, reducing paperwork and improving follow up efficiency.

Cons

Honestly, I cannot say there's anything I strongly dislike about the software. At times it seems to run a bit slowly but since it's only been mentioned occasionally by some users, I've never felt the need to investigate further.

Excellent Onboarding and Simple Administration

Pros

For me, the onboarding functionality and overall ease of administration are excellent. I especially appreciate how the staff can manage employment processes online across multiple sites and the team's openness to suggestions enhances the system's effectiveness.

Cons

There's not too much that I dislike and any issue I've raised has typically been fixed quickly. I was among the first to use the onboarding features and naturally, there were some minor hiccups to work through at the start.
