“Perfect tool for training
Pros
What I've seen is that even a successful company struggles if the team feels unmotivated. That's why we focus on growth and development. We tried many platforms and were glad to find Collaborator which turned out to be a great tool for training. Since July 2022, I've found it very functional, easy to create all kinds of content and simple to track activities. The technical support team is responsive and the platform keeps improving based on feedback.
Cons
Everything feels perfect and I trust our managers' choice of this tool.

“Quick and reliable support team
Pros
Our team has been using Collaborator for two years and the experience has been very positive. The support agents are always quick and reliable which helps us a lot. I also like the variety of quizzes because it keeps learners engaged while testing them in different ways. The development team is proactive and often brings in new features that make the platform better.
Cons
The system works well but isn't very user-friendly. The course library lacks structure, the editor is complicated, email reminders can't be set for specific groups and creating online training rooms isn't possible. Assigning courses requires HTML, the mobile version doesn't work well and many processes are manual instead of automated. Overall, the interface could be simpler and more simple.

“Versatile tool with supportive team
Pros
We've been using Collaborator for a year and I've noticed how versatile it is. The tools for building training programs and tracks are very helpful, especially for blended learning and onboarding automation. I like that it keeps evolving and improving according to customer needs.
Cons
This tool doesn't include all staff appraisal features but the developers can add them if requested.
