“Online Orientation Software

Pros

The staff was very friendly and responsive throughout the entire process. We never had to wait more than a business day to receive a response, even if the question was initially directed to the wrong person. They promptly informed us and ensured it would be redirected to the appropriate individual.

Cons

We wanted to personalize our pathforks in a way that the software didn't seem intuitively designed for. Specifically, we aimed to offer students the choice of learning more about support programs on campus without forcing them to explore each one. We designed a loop where students could click into one program, then navigate back to the previous menu to learn about the others. While not a major issue, this feature may be of interest to other educational institutions as well.

The software is pretty awesome as it allows you to reach to the families who are unable or do not attend on-campus orientations with their students.

Cons

The logic and path forks lack agility, and we cannot track family users who enter the system through the guest login.
