Pros

I love how well the HR software integrates and how it automates course planning for us. Creating the same content in multiple languages is super easy especially since we need materials in three different languages. I also like how you can add interactive features without needing separate content creation tools sure, they're limited but they allow me to do more creative things than just uploading files. The ID/SmartID/MobileID login is a great feature for showing course completion with certified authentication. Support is always flexible and quick to respond, plus they're open to making adjustments when we need something new. The user interface looks great and is easy to use and the reminders and notifications work perfectly and are easy to customize.

Cons

The reporting functionality really needs some work and it's pretty limited right now. I can't easily filter or analyze participant data, track failed results or see exact percentages of correct answers. I end up doing a lot of manual work in Excel just to get reports formatted the way I need them. It would be awesome to have a proper Library feature for end users, not just "optional courses," but more like a resource folder where people can access things like company policies, manuals, e-books or even podcast links.

Pros

The employee portal is simple to use and attending courses feels very simple. I really appreciate the automatic planning feature and it's such a handy solution. It's also great that voluntary courses are available for employees. Overall everything works smoothly without any big issues. Creating training materials is simple for me, especially since I've worked with WordPress before. The H5P elements make the content more engaging and interactive. Translation is smooth because I can easily copy content from the original material. The multiple sign-in options (email and various ID methods) make it easy for users to access. Support is quick to respond and always ready to give advice. The classroom training system works well and all the notifications and reminders help keep everyone on track.

Cons

I feel like the admin side is slightly complex and can feel overwhelming for anyone who doesn't use it daily. Even for someone like me, who's familiar with the system, it took ages to fully understand how everything works.

Pros

I can easily create engaging training materials that grab attention and the flexibility to develop my team's skills anytime and anywhere is amazing. The learning journey tracking gives me great insights into how each employee is progressing with their development.

Cons

UX feels rough around the edges and definitely needs some work. I'd love to see more customization options that would let me tailor things to my specific needs especially when it comes to how details and content are displayed. It would also be great if they took user feedback and development suggestions more seriously.
