Pros

What I like about Create LMS is that it's completely cloud-based. This makes it easy to scale the application up or down depending on our training needs which is really helpful as the number of users changes.

Cons

The setup of users was a bit challenging. We had planned to register them with complete login credentials but the system did not allow that process directly. Reporting could also benefit from additional features and flexibility to make it more useful.
